Horrid
This place is beginning to be a ghetto. Loud stereos ( loud enough to be heard 5 blocks away) screaming kids (great when the parents encourage them to do so), constant threat of eviction (over things that are over 2 years past) pay your rent they are more likely yo give you violations. People driving like morons, people using empty lots for their storage. Starting to remind me of green acres.
