Maintenance does not notify they are coming to the apartments for repairs or any reason except exterminations (they come and go more frequently. They keep things in disrepair so they can come and go as they please from resident units!) Poop smeared on the walls of one building. Urinating in the hallway. Constant drug baggies from addicts coming in and doing drugs in the hallways. Sometimes syringes are found. Buildings should be secured but are rarely ever locked. Not smoke Free. This is only a few of the problems! Dog Rent is $50.00. Busted Mail Boxes. Mail Theft. Also, very, very, very, high Murder Rate in the area.
