Best Price and Location in Birmingham

Colonial Court is the best value if you want to be in Birmingham. You can walk downtown from your apartment. They have basements if you need a lot of storage. You have your own entrance-front and back door which is pretty cool. The buildings are older but that gives them some character-they are not cheap 1980's apartments that look and feel boring. All of my neighbors have been super friendly and welcoming. It has a neighborhood feel to it. It'll be a great place for me until I can get into a house.
