I love my apartment. We've been here 2 years. The staff is excellent. Shopping couldn't be more convenient. Everything you could possibly need is a half mile or less away. Only 20 minutes from the beach!

This place is heaven sent, no problems, it’s quiet, beautiful, affordable, and so relaxing. Staff is always efficient and very friendly, their communication is top tier ! I would most definitely recommend this place to any one as I already have !! Amenities are great too if I do say so as well !

Colonial Commons Apartments is a great community for families, enough rooms space with parking spaces and calm environment. Great location close to all markets and schools, I really liked this place for living. Great staff they are always helpful and kind.

my fiance and I moved in a few months ago, and for this being our first place together I can happily say we made the right decision moving here. Johnathan helped us through the process and was extremely helpful and super nice Along with Sierra. Management is extremely attentive and helpful. As for the apartment it’s self. It’s fairly modern and extremely clean. The building is well kept and the surrounding area is equally clean. For our first place together and in general it’s a highly recommended complex. Additionally it’s really close to work for us and in close proximity to shopping and food. 10/10

I recently leased an apartment at this complex. My apartment has a lake view and at night I enjoy watching the water birds. The staff was great with my move in as I had to change it to sooner date and they took care of me! I have recommended this complex to my friends.

I moved in over a year ago sight unseen from Texas into a large 1 bedroom apartment! Everything was like a postcard just like I was told and promised. The location is excellent and all the amenities are great! Since then my girlfriend and I switched to a 2 bedroom in December. Upon moving into it we had a major pest infestation and a few other issues. Crystal and her team from the office and maintenance worked diligently to work up a plan to mitigate it and fix everything else. The office staff is great and communicates extremely well! They work hard to make this a great place to live!!! We love living here!!!

Smashed sprinkler lines, glass in parking lots, dirty breezeways, landscape lighting that doesn't work or mis aimed. Just look at the patios and balconies… looks like some are using as bedrooms or playrooms. We drove through at night and drove right out. Sorry guys. Get it together and clean the place up. It’s a mess!
This is the worst complex in Fort Myers. They never send anyone to handle the things they are responsible for. On top of that, they are rude and try and make a quick buck off of you any way they can. Save your money. Save the headache. Pay more for a better complex, this place is not worth the rent. I cannot wait to be free of this place.
I lived here for a year with my girlfriend. Everything seemed like rainbows and butterflies.. until we were there for a few months. The walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbors open and close every door. The breeze ways are always extremely loud at all hours of the day/night. The office went through many different managing teams. None were professional, nor friendly. We gave the third managing team notice of our non-renewal. We moved out, then a couple months later we received notice of not giving 60-day renewal notice WHEN WE DID. They then proceeded to go to collections (ProCollect) for which this information is 100% false. I hired a lawyer to dispute this collection. My lawyer sent the new managing team (Yes, ANOTHER new team!) proof of our lease and the non-renewal notice.. Providing FACTS of how we did not break our lease. This issue was 2 years ago and STILL is not resolved. I do not recommend. All of the reviews are 100% accurate. DO NOT RENT WITH COLONIAL COMMONS!!!
