Great apartments in Wethersfield. Everything functions exactly as it should. Good air conditioning, good heat, timely snow removal. Quiet building, hope it stays that way. Awesome place to live in my hometown.
This place is junk. Stay away . I toured this, and it’s not worth the price they want. They recently had an outbreak of bedbugs in the building. When I walked through the hallways the trash was on the floor the hallway smelled the carpet looked unkept and dirty. I was told by a former tenant they lost power for three days during the storm and I knocked the heat out. They have the nerve to ask you if you make over $38,000 a year. This place is not worth anything. Stay away. You will also get frequent visits from the police department to this place. Complete garbage!
