Property Ratings at Cologne Gardens
Recently just moved into a 2 bed and 2 bath. It’s so spacious and my almost one year old loves it because he can crawl all over the place. Love that there is central air and a washer and dryer in the apartment. It’s quiet here which I love. The only con is you only get one visitors pass
The area is very quiet and respectful. And the office mamanagement is very helpful and nice.
The older apartments are great (size of the bedrooms and closet space), but the office personnel sucks!!! You must keep receipt's, the change office staff on a regular basis. Watch the maintenance staff they change also, and some are not trustworthy. Other than that the location is great. Public transportation is right out front.
