Nice apartment complex with a beautiful pool. The location is perfect, right next to UWF and a gas station. The community here is amazing. Most people here go to UWF so plenty of people to meet. Cost efficient. And the staff, especially Matt, is phenomenal. 5/5 would live here again

The people here are very welcoming. The apartments are nice and well kept. Not much to complain about at all. I really enjoy the amenities (the pool and clubhouse) they serve as a great way to get out of your apartment and do something everyday. I’ve been living at rhelm for 3 years now and have had no complaints. Matt at the office has always been very helpful with all my needs and the maintenance team gets any problem solved quick. I would recommend any parents to check out the rhelm for their new student in Ferry Pass. Very nice apartments and safe community. Love it here

Rhelm is the perfect place to live. Matt in the front office is so helpful and knowledgeable about his job and is always willing to give a helping hand.
Microwave shorts out every other use. Not enough parking. Outlets do not work. Wifi is slow. Built in wireless charger does not work.
