The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

mildew smell and mold in apts also entrance way smell like sewage dont rent
If you don’t want to deal with mold or infestation don’t move to this complex it’s absolutely terrible I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy
Let's start with the roach and mice problem. I made several complaints to the leasing office but didn't receive any concrete help, I ended up dealing with the roaches and mice myself. The mildew and mold problem is no joke, you'd find them at every corner of my apartment. I made complaints severally and the lady at the desk told me to leave my heater on 24/7 and it'd resolve itself, RIDICULOUS!! Are they willing to chip in money for my light bill? of course not. In my bathroom, there's a leak from the Apartment above, it soaks up the ceiling tile and mold forms on it, I complained like a billion times but they only change the tile without fixing the leak! so you can imagine how many times I have another person's bath water dripping into my bathroom! DISGUSTING! I got home from 10:30pm after a 17hrs workday only to find out that the ceiling tile had caved into my bathtub, broken tiles and water everywhere. I was lucky not to have been in there when that happened. I couldn't take a shower that evening and the next morning going to work. I'm just so irritated with this place. They need to do BETTER!!!!!!!!!
I haven't been occupying this rental property long. However, what I like the most about it so far is the friendly office staff, management, and maintenance ! Even with several units and tenants, they make it their business make your needs and concerns their priorities. The homes are spacious and cozy. I am happy to call this place my home.
There are many people who say that there place of residence is the bee knee's when it comes to managing the day to day of your respective lives. You will find that you are within a rock's throw of many great locations including but not limited to restaurants, buses that take you anywhere and everywhere with a surrounding outdoor area that makes you remember the simpler times. You will find that the staff always goes out of their way make sure that all the areas are clean and sanitized, with customer service that will feel as though you were speaking with someone in your family. As they say, the proof is in the pudding and that is what happens when you drop by and receive one of their friendly tours. Thank you for taking the time to read my review.
