Our deluxe properties have been professionally renovated, have upgraded appliances, and a washer and dryer in each unit. Each apartment contains several bedrooms, a shared living room, and several fully-equipped bathrooms. Our rentals have carefully planned student circulation so there is ample space for roommates to interact or to have privacy and practice social distancing as they wish. Each apartment has a separate entrance. Bring your own bed, table, and favorite comfy chair for relaxing, reading and studying. These buildings are all historic homes which have preserved their charm, but added modern amenities. Each apartment contains 3 bedrooms and one bath. Just steps from Longwood University!
