Property Ratings at College Center
Management doesn’t seem to care to fix the on-site laundromat or internet promised to us, but can raise our rent. Where is the money going if not our ammenities or toward improving the property? Unusable for college students who would like to work since they won’t have an internet connection to get any done, which is unfortunate as it is close to campus.
