The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Collective Apartments in North Fargo
I was in a tough spot when I moved to Fargo 2 years ago. Within 3 days, I was in an apartment. Good pricing for good units. If I have questions or any type of concern, they have a quick response time. I would recommend Collective and will rent from them again.
I enjoyed living in the Dakota East and West apartments. Cate was great and very responsive. The maintenance men were fantastic and really good with my dog as well. We moved out due to a rent increase but if it wouldn't have been so much my sister and I definitely would have stayed!
We stayed with them for a year. At the end of out agreement, we deep cleaned the entire apartment, the place was spotless. The only problem was when they painted the apartment last they must have hired someone who knows nothing about painting because they painted the galvanized door frames, didn't tape off or prep anything, and had obvious paint problems in many areas. After we had moved out and had an the inspection, we were TOLD that everything was good and we would get out deposit back soon. After many months we received a notice saying WE owed THEM money. They charged us our entire deposit plus more for cleaning and repainting. Nearly 500 dollars in fees for absolutely nothing. THEY WILL DO THE EXACT SAME THING TO YOU.
My boyfriend and I moved into the Dakota East and West apartments less than a month ago, and have since been stolen from multiple times. While we were moving our stuff in, someone came into our apartment and took expensive shoes from us. Also, on two occasions since being here, multiple items of clothing have been stolen while doing laundry in the community laundry they provide. There are no working cameras in the building. The only one they have is in the entry way, and is pointing up at the ceiling. Haven’t even lived here a month and it’s been very disappointing. I highly recommend looking into a different apartment with your own washer and dryer.
