This is such a cute community. The staff (Matthew, Alaina, Ana & Tom) are always a pleasure to interact with. I’m in love with the floor plan I chose, and the amenities available are top notch. I really enjoy the community events, which are always fun. It has been such a positive experience and I’m excited to be here.

I recently moved to Colina Ranch Hill, and personally, it was the best decision. This community has excellent amenities: dogs park and spa, gym 24/7, fire pits, bbq, Pool and more, a quiet and safe environment, and very friendly neighbors. Definitely a great place to live!

It's not your usual standard look of an apartment complex. They have 3 and 2 floor layout, some with a garage. It's a real home feel. I love that they offer a Pet Spa, that was very thoughtful. The fire pits and grill areas offer a great ambiance and the layout of the pool is cruise like vibes. The staff here are great. They even host events with superb food trimmings to gather neighbors. A great way to know one another. You don't get this experience anywhere else!

Brand new apartment complex in a peaceful area. Apartments look nice and clean. I personally mostly love big walk in laundry room because of extra storage space and spacious bathroom.

My boyfriend and I have lived here for about six months and we have loved every second of it. Joining this complex has felt like being apart of a community that cares. The staff members are always enthusiastic and willing to help with any questions we might have. It truly feels like living at a resort having access to the beautiful pool, 24/7 gym, and a clubhouse that has so much to offer! I would definitely recommend moving in!!

They are truly amazing i have had no complaints. Everytime have had an issue or question that could be deemed silly they have always been ready to help. The facility is well equipped with a highly equipped gym, high quality barbecue and a patio gaming areas all around the property. The apartment itself has a great layout that makes it feel more like a house than an apartment and the rent prices are more than reasonable for this brand new property. I scouting many properties before this one and nothing has ever felt more homey and more high quality than Colina Ranch Hill.

Matt and Ana were so gracious and helpful when I was initially visiting Colina. I ended up applying the same day and later getting approved. Both have gone out of their way to make the whole process easy and answer any questions I had. I am very excited to move in and look forward to all the community events!!

This property is an oasis, away from the city hustle and bustle. A welcoming place to come home to at the end of the day. The apartments and surrounding grounds are well maintained. The amenities are well planned out facilities. Starbucks in the lobby is awesome. Tom in maintenance, fixes everything immediately. Ana in the office is professional and very helpful when moving in. Colina Ranch is a safe, secure and peaceful home.

The amenities at Colina are so good! The fire pit and pool are my favorites. Their events are also really fun and I have enjoyed meeting all of my neighbors.

Living at Colina has been great! We have lived here for two months and have had no issues! Grounds and amenities are very well kept. They host events on occasion and they are super fun! You really get a sense of community here.

I've been living at Colina for a few months now, and it's been such a wonderful experience! The leasing office has such a positive and welcoming energy, and I've always felt at home here. A special shoutout to Ana, who gave me an incredible tour of the community and walked me through the application process before I moved in. I've also had great interactions with Matthew and Aliana. Whenever I've had maintenance issues, Anthony has been so considerate in taking care of them. I genuinely enjoy my conversations with the leasing office staff—they make me feel like a person, not just another customer. The team here is truly caring and authentic. On top of that, the place is absolutely beautiful—I was in love with it even before I saw it in person. The management is excellent, the cleanliness is top-notch, and the prices are great. I’ve been living at Colina ranch for about 6 months now and I can honestly say I don’t plan to relocate anytime soon. Everyone has been super helpful and kept the place rather clean. Maintenance is good at responding to request in a timely manor! If I have any questions for the staff they respond within 24 hrs. Noise level is moderate to none. I use their gym every other day and it’s always clean! Personally I feel safe living here! There is a lot of growth happening in the area so that something to consider. It takes maybe 5 mins to get to Publix and 20 mins to Tampa. Hwy is super close to hop on too. I plan to renew my lease.

This place is great!! And the people here are very nice and help with every step along the way. We had the opportunity to work with Alaina & she didn’t disappoint. Highly recommend this place. It’s very nice, very good layouts & everyone is very responsive.

Colina Ranch Hill is a beautiful apartment complex in San Antonio. I absolutely love living here. The apartments are updated, the grounds are kept immaculate and everyone is very friendly. The staff is super supportive with all requests and maintenance is always proactive and responsive. Definitely a gem of an apartment complex tucked away in a peaceful and serence setting.

I love the design of the apartments. The staff is friendly and great. I didn’t have a ceiling fan in my living room when I moved in. I was able to contact the office and schedule an appointment to have a fan installed.
