The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Coffee Creek Apartments
If you currently live here, keep every receipt you have. But even keeping the receipt won’t help you. We have record of our deposit. And have the receipt. But they are still charging us for repairs yet have no record of deposits. And stated it was listed on their stuff as a “non refundable administrative fee” So they’re trying to pocket 400 then charge us even more. Our lease when we signed said it ended on 6/30/2023, but the date they have written down on their records says 7/31 so they’re trying to charge us for an additional month. The cops were there every day for one domestic or another. We reported our neighbor screaming for help to the apartment after calling the police. And they told the person we called on that we were the ones to call the police when his partner was screaming. Staff stays 3 seconds, and the replacing people don’t hold themselves to any standard so they do what they want and make their tenants responsible for paying it.

The property landscape is nice. Maintained weekly. Nice pond infront
I been living here for 4 years love it here u would love it the people in office is very nice when help is needed it's done
Great place to live , staff is very friendly and takes care of your needs .
This apartment complex is perfect! The apartments are very spacious inside, and are quite nice as well. Some apartments that I was showed had a wood burning fireplace, while others had vaulted ceilings. But all in all the apartments were quality and I could totally see myself living here! I recommend them to anyone that wants to enjoy Edmond without having to pay absurd monthly rent prices.
I moved in to a two bedroom two bath, with a roommate. The apartments a very nice, of course it can get loud, but that's with any apartment. Our hot water goes off pretty often, but it gets fixed fairly fast. One thing they won't tell you tho is that you have to be in your apartment when they come to fix anything you need to be fixed. Also the management really SUCKS, when I first moved in at the beginning of September, we could pay with card in the office (Which was very nice)but then they took it out with out notice, then lied about sending notice. so I had to get a money gram and pay about 10 extra dollars for a money gram. (And was also late to work that morning) and now they have got a new website which you can't pay online till next month, and I didn't get any notice again I called asking about it, and the lady on the phone goes to tell me I'm lying about getting notice bc everyone got one. I do not like when people call me a lier, I am not I didn't get any notice and she said I was lying the first time when I said I didn't get notice, and a lady that also lives in the apartments came in to pay rent and she was very agry also bc she said she didn't get a notice so the lady in the office goes to tell her she's also a lier. So just make sure you have plan B to pay rent. Other than the management and rude office people the apartments are really nice! I will probably stay another year
The Coffee Creek Apartments are nice brick buildings set near a major intersection in one of the premium bedroom communities around Oklahoma City: Edmond. They are priced reasonably for the area. In fact, apartments nearby run a couple hundred dollars more or so for their rent. We have had our rent raised once in the nearly two years living here so far, but that is fairly standard practice at apartments now. The apartment we are in is showing some age with really creaky floors, but when we looked at the apartments the ones we saw had good floors. So, that is an issue that can be addressed or isn't in all the buildings. Other than that, we really never hear the neighbors unless they are extremely loud or right on the other side of the walls. Again, pretty much expected. If you live on the side of the complex near the train tracks, you may be annoyed by train horns, so that is something to think about when checking out the living here. A mix of families, old and young, with and without children, live here and noise of children or vehicles varies depending on the building you might be in. Management is friendly enough and responsive. Maintenance can be slow to get to reports (the main reason for the loss of a star in the rating), and we think they may be understaffed. When they do get to you, they do tend to actually fix the problems. Grounds are maintained well. Some large holes in the parking lots have finally been fixed, and lights and trees and bushes look kept up. While we haven't made use of the pools, they look good and are used often by many. They have hired security which patrols occasionally and can be called for many issues, including problems with assigned parking spaces. Overall, Coffee Creek Apartments is a good place to live. We would definitely recommend it with the caveats mentioned above about some noise or maintenance issues. We don't think those are deal breakers.
It's okay and has most amenities but no washer and dryer. not energy efficient
Moved into a one bedroom apartment. First thing I have to say is that there is very helpful management in the office and they try their best to get things suited to your needs. The larger one bedrooms are nice and roomy expecially the top story because it cames with vaulted ceilings and a dining room. My first impressions were very good, carpet had been deep cleaned, fresh coat of paint, and everything was spotless. We had a couple of issues maintenence wise that needed to be fixed and management was very helpful and getting our work order in and maintenence showed up the next day. All utilities have been pretty reasonable expecially since it's a Oklahoma summer with 90 degrees outside. Neighborhood is very quiet on our end but a little noisy with kids near the activity areas(pool, basketball court, soccer feild). Also another plus about the neighborhood is everything store wise and UCO is right in reach but the apartment is tucked away enough that the busy city traffic does not even bother you. For the rent price in Edmond for this location you can't beat it. So far this has been a great apartment.
