I absolutely love living here! The amenities are a great addition to the beautiful floor plans, awesome office staff and very kind and respectful tenants around the building. These apartments are also very secure with gates all around and the only way to enter is with a key fob (only residents have) or by entry allowed by a resident.

WOULD be a 5/5 if maintenance and leasing office was a little less lazy
This place was alright pre-COVID. Now it is a rip-off.
My experience with Coda apartments has been great from top to bottom. The leasing staff were very helpful with the move in process. The maintenance staff are thorough, skilled and prompt. I have no complaints. I'm very happy!
The apartment was clean upon move-in & everything was ready. If there were any issues, maintenance handled it within 24 hours. I cant wait for the rest of the lease term.
Very modern community, great amenities especially with the amazon hub!!

Hello, we strive for 100% satisfaction, and it is great to see you had such a positive experience at Coda.
Its more than an apartment complex its a place that you love to call home. With all the amenities you rarely have to leave to enjoy yourself.
I would not recommend this place to anyone until they rectify issues within the community. The you get what you pay for saying does not apply for this community. The quality of life you receive does not match the price point this community charges.
It is a beautiful place, modern and actual.
Lazy poor service
Approachable staff and a beautiful complex make CODA the best decision we could have made after looking at options in the area.
Clean and nice place to live. Beautiful view and good location.
DONT MOVE HERE! This place is wayyy too noisy for as much as it cost to live here. I thought this was a "luxury apartment" but seems more like a college dorm. The windows and walls are thin so you hear everything that goes on outside. The complex even has speakers set up that play loud music during the day and night!

There have been problems with this place since the day I moved in: 1. They chose quantity over quality. They were in such a rush to build this place and get people moved in that simple attention to detail was ignored. Dirty floors, dirty fingerprints in the fridge and shower, and other issues that were apart of the general construction like blinds being misaligned , huge cracks under the door etc. Though the issues were fixed, those are mistakes that should have never been made. First impressions of the place are nice but it isn’t until you move in you see the poor quality of the construction. They should of focused on building a quality community vs rushing to catch all the college students before school started. 2. If you value peace and quiet in any sense, DONT MOVE HERE. Myself and other neighbors have been making noise complaints and complaining about different amenities that cause entirely too much noise. They have amenities like a foosball table and corn hole, which generate a lot of noise for the residents that actually live near those amenities. Amenities being offered for residents to enjoy should not come at the cost of another resident losing peace and quiet within their home. These apartments were built with very poor quality with thin walls and cheap windows so the least bit of noise you will hear in your apartment. To put this in perspective, I live on the 4th floor, and I can hear people’s entire conversation in the courtyard though they aren’t being loud and obnoxious. I can also hear the gate door slam even though my apartment is no where near the gate on the 1st floor. They also have a speaker system that plays music in the courtyard which I can’t figure out for the life of me why they have it. This is not a park, hotel lobby or shopping center. This is a place where people live. People who may work day or night shift should not have to be bothered by the sound of music blaring outside their bedroom window.

So far, Coda has far exceeded my expectations. I spent a long time looking at other communities in the area, but no other apartment could compare to what you get when you sign at Coda. First, the leasing office and community managers have been amazing, even in the face of some unforeseen delays. They are all nice, accommodating, and each of them always seem to be willing to go the extra mile to make sure every situation is resolved in a satisfactory way. The apartment community itself is beautiful and well-maintained (i.e., SO clean and SO nicely decorated/landscaped), and the amenities really cannot be beat. The gym is gorgeous and functional, and the pool makes me feel like everyday is a vacation. I've only lived at Coda a short time thus far, but I plan to live in this complex for years to come.
This commujity is amazing. Everything is new and modern with perfect location for school and lifestyle. The staff welcomes pets with love and care and are professional.

My first week living at Coda has been absolutely incredible! My apartment is beautiful with the most up to date appliances and finishes. The Coda community is so friendly and lively, and the complex is in such a convenient location. I can see myself staying here for years to come!
CODA is so beautiful! Everything is brand new and modern. The floor plans are spacious and the units have a ton of storage. We are living in a Tawney, even though this is a 1/1 the layout makes it feel much bigger
I'm a big fan of the building complex as well as the individual floor plans themselves. It's nice to slowly see the whole place come together. Looking forward to being here!
