Property Ratings at Cobblestone Apartments
The management is HORRIBLE. They do not care about you, you're a number to them. Collier companies will nickel and dime you even when you're not responsible. We were there for 2 years and in our second it was notably worse with management being slow to act on any requests and a general "were better than you" attitude. Awful place. Avoid at Collier companies at all costs.

I have been here for 2 years now. And don NOT plan on making a third. For the most part the community is great. Especially around where I am. We all get along and watch out for others. Management however is HORRENDOUS! We sure do miss the old staff we had. They were awesome. They have changed staff so many times over the past 2 years I have lost track. They do not follow up on complaints. Just tell you to call security. Not to mention just how they speak to the residents via our portal app. Dogs run loose and poop everywhere and hardly no one cleans up after them. Maintenance here is lazy and incompetent…..if they even show up. I’ve had issues ranging from AC not working to smoke detector randomly going off. And let us not forget the bug and rodent problems. Bedbugs, roaches, mice…..just do yourself a favor and choose someplace else
Major roach issues, small snakes all over the property, poor parking, gates that get shut/locked at random times of the night. Would not recommend.
The community isn’t horrible but it’s definitely not the best either. I had a massive roach infestation three days after moving into my unit. Maintenance is never here when they need to be unless it’s an emergency and even then they still slow play as well as them tracking bedbugs into my apartment. Management is extremely rude and are very difficult to get in contact with. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
I love it here I been here 7 months 2 more month I be here for 1yrs it's a very nice place two live I also love all the poeple who work here they are super nice the maintenance guys are amazeing they are all nice and they do fix things here and they get the job done and it's close two everything around my apartment
Everyone at the office are so friendly and available to help when needed. We have an awesome maintenance, Jason is super helpful and very attentive.
I love living here, they make u feel welcomed and great community!

I've lived here for three months now and anytime I have had a problem it has been fixed in a very timely manner. Plus it's centrally located to everywere I go. The staff here are very friendly. Thanks Andy!
I love living at Cobblestone Apartments. They are very reasonable rates and the management are so friendly and helpful. The apartments are just the right size, enough space for anyone.
The only good thing about to apartments is that they allow dogs. They're in a terrible area, management is dreadful, and the apartment it's self is a death trap. There is cockroaches in every apartment. Any problems you have, management will make it clear that they don't care. For instance, if your apartment has a mold issue, they wont take care of it at all. While walking to the convenience store next door, I've been asked to buy drugs at least 4 times. On weekends you can hear the bar next door blasting music, and drunk people stumble out. If you move into these apartments, you will regret it.
Looking for another place to live. Can not live here any longer! This place is to nasty to live in longer than a year
These apartments are not bad for the price you per Sq ft. But the complex is always filthy, the apartments are pretty beat up, and the staff is not helpful. So if you are on a tight budget but needing a place to stay in town then it's not a bad stepping stone to something nicer. Would not recommend for long term residency though.
