Cobblestone Apartments

We moved in the apartment was not cleaned or fixed big cracks through the walls and ceiling the entire carpet is covered in cat urine have vacuumed 7 times in 3 weeks and still getting a vacuum full of cat adder and cat hair which my gf and daughter are allergic to cats and we brought it up to the manager/owner and she acted like it was our fault they didn't do there job giving us attitude and pretty much unwilling to do nething(which legally if it's a health concern or the carpet is covered in bodily fluids they have to replace it) if u move in uv light the entire place and make sure it is cleaned or take my suggestion and honestly find somewhere else for what you would pay to live here.

This complex is well maintained. Quite and sets back in a wooded area away from busy traffic noises. Close to major highway and shopping. Picnic table and some area grills on the grounds for family barbecues and outings.

It's a very nice complex here, and the size of my current apt. could be a bit bigger and there could be some updates made. My apt is approx. 30 yrs old and it needs new cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom and new countertops. I've lived here for the better part of 16 years with a small repreve in 04 to 07 in North Carolina. I do enjoy the location and the isolation here and it's pretty convenient to stores and such for what I need.
