I really like living here. This place is very clean and well kept up.people are nice.when I summit a matinee request, they are here at a reasonable time and are really nice.I like the size of the apartment except for the roaches. Thank you
I've been living here for 4 years and overall I'm okay with it. Sometimes it gets irritating when you make a phone call up to the office and nobody answers the phone or return your message. But other than that, I guess everything is okay here for me. For now. It's quiet. Nobody bothers us and location is good for work My building is pretty much friendly. We all look out for each other sometimes I get a little irritated with maintenance not being on time but they do get around to it
Great place to live!! Quiet, friendly & conveniently located in the heart of Taylors. Short commute to downtown Greenville, The mall and more!
Without hot water with no explanation or time when it would be restored for 19 days in December. No breaks or easements for our discomfort and frustration. Took 7 months of constant complaining to get wiring and broken down things in the apartment to work properly. They paid a crew to completely rewire the apartment and still had to have maintenance repair and rewire the outlets to the stove for 2 days. Carpet was FILTHY when I moved in and threadbare. And don't EVER be late on your rent. Also, trash service was suspended and now, even though I'm extremely frail, I have to carry my trash out to the big trash hopper at the end of the parking lot. My apartment should be several hundred dollars less because of it's substandard condition that I have struggled to clean and improve. The district manager has a bad attitude. And we see sheriff cars here EVERY week. So, as soon as I find something else affordable, I'm moving. Tired of being treated like I'm less than human by this company.
The apartments are older and need some work but the staff have been understanding and have been fixing things in a timely manner. Everyone who lives here is friendly including the staff.
Overall it has been a great experience with a few miner setbacks but I enjoy living here. I would tell anyone that they would enjoy the cozy atmosphere.
Every one of the staff members are very friendly and always helpful. It is very quiet living here and I've had a good experience. I really like the Taylors community. I would recommend Cobalt Springs to anyone looking for a fair priced apartment and quiet, relaxed living.
This place is a great location and the people who work here seem like they are trying their best but we do feel like there is always something a little wonky. Everything that we have needed fixed they have fixed but there is just always something that needs to be addressed sadly.
It’s great living here because it’s so close to everything and the neighbors are friendly. Whenever you need maintenance they come as soon as they can.
I love the quietness. The neighbors are friendly. My service animal has a place he can run. The parking space is easy. It's a safe place day and night. I don't have to worry about no one walking in on me. Very respectful staff.
I have enjoyed my living experience and really appreciate all the positive changes that have been taking place....keep up the good work on making the complex better place to live
The apartments are older but otherwise good. Excellent value for the money and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Would like some appliance upgrades.
We have lived here for over a year it’s been a great experience with the nicest neighbors! I love the children and dogs around also! Very family friendly. Maintenance could be better and not the biggest fan of people not cleaning up after their dogs but I do love the area I’m in!
I have not been able to use the gym since i moved in in april, fob system has stayed broken and it has been an issue, other than that the community is quiet and i havent really had any other issues
I have enjoyed my time here. The new management has been a HUGE step up from the one we had previously. They are attentive and willing to help out when they can. They’re even making some serious changes around the property to make it look more attractive. The only reason I can’t give 5 stars because I really miss the valet trash! If i could give 4.75 stars i would!

Move in was easy and quick. The neighborhood is quiet. Wished the pool was year around and the gym was 24 hours. Hopefully soon it would be once the fob system.is working
Actual apartment is okay, some parts are in rough shape but make sense for the price point. Not super happy about loosing valet trash or redoing pipes, though have had water issues so it makes sense. Seems like little things are always wrong and communication is little sparse, but no major problems. Decent affordable community.
Decent apartment to live in and maintenance has definitely gotten better but the mold problem was really bad for awhile as well as the roaches.
Clean apartments, nice staff! Two swimming pools, beautiful playgrounds, 2 to be exact. Multiple grill areas to grill out clean apartments nice workout room dog park just recently renovated convenient to anywhere in Greer and Taylor she's right off Wade Hampton boulevard great place to live.
Cobalt Springs has been fantastic! The staff and maintenance are top-notch. I’ve been here for five months, and any problems I’ve encountered have been sorted out promptly. The area is super quiet, which is a huge plus. I do wish the gym had 24-hour access, though!

It’s nice here, it’s quiet in my area not much trouble, neighbors are quiet, wish the pool stayed open longer but tiger than that it’s not a bad place
I really like living here at Cobolt Springs. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. I have been here five years now and I feel safe maintenance is great. They don’t make you feel like you’re a bother to them when you asked for something to be fixed they come right away and do it. I would recommend Cobolt Springs to everybody.
This is a great place, clean, affordable and safe. I’ve been living here for over a year, I have not got any problems at all. The current management is doing great, the maintenance team is always responsive and on time.
