I love living here! Everybody is so nice! Also, it’s about 2 miles away from the school which makes life a lot easier getting to and from school.

What an awesome place to live. The two stories layout makes having a separate living space from a hang out space so much easier. The kitchen is also nice!

I love the porch swing I almost fell asleep on it. Very nice and roomy but I wish they had the hot tub on all year long so it’s available in winter

Beautiful apartments for a great price! Staff is superb and the amenities are outstanding. Highly recommend cobalt row for anyone considering to move to Murfreesboro, super close to a walmart and food places too.

I have been pleasantly surprised with everything that cobalt has to offer. The apartment was clean (not like a crew came in by any means, but just from the last tenants), had new carpets laid down, and we were in the location we wanted for our apartment! After the first 2 weeks, maintenance is VERY timely with their visits and fix anything we need them to. The clubhouse is equipt with lots of resources for the residents and the shuttle is amazing for students!!

Rooms are nice and spacious and I love having my own bathroom and walk in closet! So far I have loved it here and I have no complaints at all!!

House and community area are nice but residents are questionable and some amenities are outdated or hard to use. Picking up trash on time is a rarity and management is lazy. I despise the automated Sam phone answering system.

I have loved everyone here! The only thing is that one of the administrators/ employees that work at the front desk is very rude, her name is Rachel Bailey, but everyone else is extremely nice and accommodating, especially Jason!

over this apartment clomplex has been good. It has really good bedroom spaces, decent furniture, reserved parking, and valet trash. the pool is also really nice.

It is pretty easy to apply. They also have a homey feel to the place. The houses seem very comfortable and a lot of room for activity. Overall pretty good experience.

Maintenance took longer than they used to. Security is absolutely meaningless when they just sit in their car the whole time. Not much changes when asked for feedback.

The area and amenities are unmatched! My pup loves the dog park and going on walks around the neighborhood. The staff is always friendly and hosting events is a nice touch to community living.

I would say 2 stars so far because the move in was so hectic. As in most of the things were lacking. Majority of bed frames broken, aggressive mold on all the air vents, broken ice maker, mold under the fridge, door with dents all over it, light bulb not working in my bathroom, hornets nest on balcony, the AC being broken and it going up to as high at the mid 80s at night, and how slow it took for any staff to help. They're short staffed on maintenance and use third parties and aren't clear on when they will be visiting. To get anything done you must be VERY persistent, complain, and even go in person. If not, then the problem will not be solved, and be forgotten about. At the moment everything is alright now, even though there's still a hornets nest on the balcony. I won't be renewing my lease.

My apartment is very neat and clean. The community is very nice and it is easy to contact someone from Cobalt Row if I need assistance such as a maintenance request. The amenities are quite the treat and I appreciate them deeply. I am very thankful for my living situation at Cobalt Row and would not have it any other way.

It was not what I expected. The cleanliness was way below average, not only in the room but also in the sharing areas. Talking to the leasing office didn't help; however, two out of four were new leases.

Love almost everything about my little town house. I keep recommending people move here whenever I hear they are looking. Not a huge fan of how crowded the pool is but I get that its the product of the season. Other than some small things that are easily fixable this place has been a fantastic first apartment.

I loved it. Having a whole house with my friends has been nothing but amazing. The 24/7 gym is super nice and convenient and the pool is so much fun to relax at.

I love all the of the amenities that they offer, especially the new ping pong tables! Living here has been so amazing. The office staff is always super helpful with any questions I have or any maintenance requests that I put in. Also the fridge with alanis that they have is so clutch to have!

Pretty decent spot in Murfreesboro and cheap rent sad that it’s going up especially on us college kids. Trash service is spotty. Only here for the location honestly

Honestly love living here. Great amenities, great desk workers.Maintenance team is very helpful and actually fixes stuff when requested. People are generally quiet, and for reference I live right by the pool which is very popular.

Cobalt is a nice place to live along with the amenities provided. Especially when it comes to the pool and workout area. Staff is always willing to help take care of issues if they can.

Staff seem to have gone down hill since I first lived here. Also feel as though the new rent price is too much for the apartment you get. Pot holes are still EVERYWHERE, and they come back within days of them getting filled/patched. Not a bad place to live at all, I just don’t think it’s worth it for the price anymore.

I love it here! It is a safe, great community. I also really love all of the accommodations and events the Clubhouse does for the people who live here.

Maintenance is fast, the complex is clean, and walls are thick so you can’t hear your neighbors. The office has been quick to respond to any issues.

This property is wonderful on the inside. I have a 2BR, love my room space, the side of the dwelling, and furniture is solid. I just wish they did something about the potholes.

Everything has been great. Maintenance is amazing when it comes to us putting in any request, the pool and gym is amazing. And the new turf lounge area will be so much fun when it warms up!

The community is great and the staff are very responsive. My roommate and I have thoroughly enjoyed living here and have recommended it to some of our friends who live on campus.

The staff was lovely. The move in process was quick and easy. The apartment could've been a little cleaner upon arrival. However, I love this place so far. Hopefully, it continues to be great.

It’s been great living at Cobalt Row. The townhouse setup is really convenient and maintenance are always quick to answer calls when something goes wrong. The neighborhood is also great.

Used to love living here but the price of rent has skyrocketed for no reason. Plus, the staff used to be the best, and a lot of those people have left and they have hired new people that don’t know what their doing and are incredibly not helpful.

Só far so good. The space is really big and so are the closets. I like how it feels like a house and not an apartment it also seems better overall compared to most student housing here

The place is very good. I love that there’s a shuttle bus so I don’t have to drive to school. Recently I have been having problems with loud cars going by since I’m near the street but other than that, it’s a great place!
