We absolutely loved living here! It’s super quiet, well maintained, and has great facilities and activities! Lana, the property manager, is very personable and stays on top of things. If it weren’t for us wanting to move closer to our grandkids, we would have stayed here for a very long time.
I have lived at Coastal Living for a few months and am very happy. Lana and Constancio keep this place looking beautiful and are so quick to respond. It doesn't feel like you're living in some corporate place where you can never get the help you need. Can't say enough great things about them both! If you want a peaceful place to live, then definitely check it out!
I have lived at Coastal Living at San Marcos for almost 5 years. I love my apartment, the other tenants and the location. It’s really become home. The property manager, Lana, is fantastic. Lana plans and manages activities so that we can meet other tenants and just have fun. Everyone is so friendly. Whenever there is the smallest maintenance issue, it’s taken care immediately. The maintenance manager, Constancio can fix anything. I highly recommend this property and I am so glad to be part of this community.
