Property Ratings at Club Villas Apartments
Isaiah has been an amazing help in getting my wife and me moved into an apartment months ahead of our PCS to GA. From the start, he was incredibly supportive and made the whole process seamless. The apartments themselves are fantastic, with everything you could need, and the community is friendly and welcoming. It’s a huge bonus that they accept pets, making it a perfect place for pet owners. The amenities are top-notch, and the environment is both comfortable and convenient. We couldn’t be happier with our choice
I have been living In Club Villa for a couple of years now and I absolutely love the renovations! These apartments are very spacious and it is a lovely community!! Nice area and great school system!

I have lived at club villa for almost 2 years. Hands down it is the nicest place I’ve ever lived. The owners and management are like family. This neighborhood is family oriented and a great group of residents. No issues with crime at all. The units are very spacious and if you have an issue they are quick to take care of it for you. Make this your new place to call home. You’ll be happy you did
Club Villas is ideally located and has all the amenities! The price is outstanding for this location. It is close to the best restaurants, entertainment, and shopping in both Perry and Warner Robins. The apartments are well designed and their staff are friendly and dependable.
This community is a great place live it's quiet and kept really well by the management and landlord that are amazing people! My condo a 2/2 and storage room is really spacious with a front and back porch that I love!!
Clean upscale community. Quiet area. The area is zoned for some of the best schools in Houston County and that was a major plus for us. Overall a great place to stay!
I enjoy the fact that this property has availability without any compromises. I was able to move into a new apartment, during COVID without being ripped off with "COVID fees". Rob and his staff have been respectful and attentive to my concerns. I am certain they are all striving to make this place a great place to live! This community is super quiet, the neighbors are very kind and mindful of the space we all share. And to make this place even better, its' a great place to raise children and own pets!
To keep it short and simple: extremely poor construction and even poorer management. Out of the few places I’ve rented in this town, this is by far the worst one.
