Constant bugs no matter how much you spray you have to pay pest control but they spray two area in the kitchen and it does absolutely nothing. Flies fly up from the sinks and the drains , there contractors leave your door wide open for hours with no one watching your apartment. And the leasing office does not do anything at all.

They treated me excellent from the first time, the prices are in line with the market, the condominium space is completely renovated, the apartments are clean and I have an excellent view. Elmer served me and he is the best. I highly recommend this young man.

Terrible place! Please try to stay away. In the middle of night, around 3 a.m suddenly fire sign turned on without firing. All my family woke up, and waited for the noise went away. Nobody could turn off the noise at all. My family had to wait more than 2 hours for the noise turned off. It was terrible experience. ………. Updated after 8 months living here (04/2022). I am not kind of person who are writing the review, but this apt make me mad all times. I still want to save my 1 star because this apt does not deserve any star at all. 1. My apartment has a lot of cockroaches. I asked apt management for the pest control. They came and sprayed something in a few area in my kitchen. It was totally useless. The cockroaches are growing everyday. 2. Besides that, the toilet could not flush for 2 weeks. We have to use restroom in apt’s gym instead. Then, they do plumber for almost a month, we have to use backyard door. You know, the backyard always has dog’s poop. It ‘s so disgusting. Everyday is very noisy and frustrating d/t plumbing. I usually work at home, and I can’t make any conference calls. It makes me very stressful. 3. Moreover, my bathroom’s faucet is broken. I asked apt receptionist for help. She just filled my name in the waiting list. I don’t know how long of the waiting list is, but I asked them to fix my bath room’s faucet 2 months ago. There is nobody coming to fix it. …. Now, today, I received a renewable offer letter for a new rate. Unbelievable, they increase my rate by $470 per month. Yes! They increase the price with all things they have done for me within a year. I will move out. I want to tell all new or future customers, please be aware this apt. I agree that the apt’s location is great, but with price and services, it’s not worth it. Save money and find the better place to live. Honestly!
