Disappointed!I have been going to the office to look for a rental several times during business hours and no one was there. When I finally got someone on the phone, she was very rude.They will not be getting me as a tenant.
These apartments are a tad dated but the location is great. close to Route 17, Route 3 and Route 46. The office is open until around 5 and the people who work there are very friendly and helpful.
Have lived in same apartment for 13 years. It's in a wonderful setting -- quiet and peaceful. Within walking distance of basic amenities in town. Easy access to mass transportation to get to NYC. Accommodating managerial staff and building maintenance. Highly recommended.
I have lived in this complex for 17 years. The grounds are immaculate. The maintenance workers are fantastic. The property manager will handle your request and schedule it right away. I feel safe living here. You can take walks at night around the complex without worrying. The apartments could be a little more up-to-date for the tenants who have been here for a very long time. That is minor compared to the reasonable rents and maintenance of the property. The complex is within walking distance to the bus to New York, the bus to Newark Penn Station and the train to Hoboken or New York Penn Station. There is a great balance of people here and all are quite pleasant.
