The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Cliff Park
I moved into this apartment complex back in August, and since then it’s been nothing but frustration. They came out to fix my floors, but the very next day the floors started coming up again. I’ve been reaching out ever since — calling, leaving messages, and sending multiple emails — and I have yet to get a real response or a proper fix. To make things worse, my heat still isn’t working. I’ve tried over and over to contact management and maintenance, but nobody answers the phone, nobody calls back, and nothing ever gets done. It’s like they completely ignore their residents once you move in. The lack of communication and care from both maintenance and management is unbelievable. I honestly regret ever moving here. My patience has completely run out, and at this point, I’m left with no choice but to escalate this to corporate and withhold rent until these ongoing issues are resolved.
1. The parking lot is very dark at night and lacks adequate lighting for safety. 2. There is always trash around the parking lot both front and back, despite the huge dumpsters on the property. 3. In my experience, maintenance requests take entirely too long, I waited two weeks to have my leaking ceiling fixed. 4. Roaches 5. Rodents inside the walls, you can hear them at night. 6. Stains on the walls in the hallway from children writing on the wall. 7. There is no key given for the mailbox 8. There is no mail room or main office for packages to go so people often steal packages and mail. 9. Shared laundry, there are no washers and dryers inside the unit. 10. Outdated appliances 11. No dish washer 12. The walls are thin so you hear your neighbors. 13. The main door and the security door is always open so there is no safety for single mothers. 14. Notifications are very tacky. Instead of sending out emails or texts to inform residents of updates they prefer to stick a white paper on each door with blue tape. 15. Huge carpet stains in the hallways. 16. People let their dogs poop any and everywhere here so watch out! 17. Cigarette smell 18. The second bedroom is more like a closet you are not getting what you pay for. I have 32 issues however I will just stop it here at 18.
Please don’t waste your time & money. Rats everywhere literally. It’s a rat infestation inside walls. They’ll attack you from under heater because the horrible job done without sealing underneath. Carpet isn’t done properly so u have holes where the come from also. MAINTENANCE never come to ur rescue at all, no matter how much request and it’s loud noise outside when u tries to sleep. Horrible place. Only if it wasn’t this much rats & maintenance does their it would be the perfect home. Otherwise STAY AWAY! Rats everywhere!!!!!!
The units look nothing like the pictures. There is trash and cigarette butts all over and children playing unsupervised outside climbing on cars and the dumpsters. Shotty construction and electrical and have to jump through hoops to try and get anything fixed. Maintenance has no clue what they are doing and just blow you off if you ask for anything. Definitely NOT renewing my lease!
When I lived here it was horrible and from what I've heard from former neighbors it isn't getting better. Drugs, mice, roaches, obnoxious kids, trash was horrible, not good all around. Maintenance was a joke. Rarely showed up on time and couldn't even caulk without trouble. Just an all around bad experience.
This is a terrible place to live. Children always play in the driveway. Trash is always outside the dumpsters. It's like living in the projects. It's infested with roaches and fleas. Snow removal is pathetic. Not waste the time or money moving in because you'll be ready to move out as soon as you get there.
Property Manager at Cliff Park, Responded To This Review
I am suprosed to hear this considering our property offers, monthly exterminating included with the rent at no cost, it can be requested at any time. We have a trash contract that picks up twice a week through a company called rebuplic. As far as Children playing, that is what they do. If there is ever a problem, you can simple call our 24/7 emergency maintenance for assistance, at 1-888-533-2910. You may ask to be placed on the list for extermination at no cost. As unfortunately pest can be brought in with cardboard, paper bags or pets. We recently switched snow removal companies last year, however we did have a bit of a blizzard last year with record snow fall, and our contractors were working around the clock to clear things. I am very sorry you were unsatisfied, I can be reached at 215-681-1723 for further discussion, since this was posted anonymously. Thank You, Vanessa Williams Property Manager
