The ease of access to amenities and things around town(Walmart) is nice. The location isn’t too far from school so you can either drive or take the bus. Overall good apartment and friendly staff.

The girl at the front desk I think her name was jordi or Jordan She was so nice. Her attitude was incredible. She lead me where to go and got me what I needed. Definitely would love to come back and talk to her. 10/10 would recommend. Clemson edge is the place to go. And if you do make sure you talk to jordi or Jordan plus the pool is cool too. And the apartments are really pretty and up to shape

Apartments are clean, amazing staff and tons of things to do close by to the area. My favorite spot to be at is the porch, I feel so cozy every morning. I only have to worry about rent and electricity each month which is really nice, in my opinion this is a beginner friendly apartment from when you just move out of your parents- everyone is super helpful and I don’t feel dumb asking questions

Clemson Edge is an amazing place to live! The staff is super friendly and always willing to help, and maintenance requests get taken care of very quickly. The location is so convenient—close to campus, Walmart, and right on the CAT bus route. The pool, gym, and study areas are always clean and give plenty of options to relax or get work done. My apartment is spacious, modern, and fully furnished, which makes moving in stress-free. I also love the community events—they make it easy to meet people and feel connected. I reviewed on Google as well, but this has been my off campus living site for the entire three years I’ve had the opportunity to, and I am so glad this is where I chose. The staff is incredible and always helpful, and the events and giveaways are a wonderful plus to staying here. I have lived at edge for two years now. It is close to Clemson University’s main campus and has the neighborhood market right next to it which is super convenient. The staff is friendly and when I have a work order, they usually arrive within a day. It has been clean and is a good amount of space for a college student. I would definitely recommend checking it out! It’s nice to have your own bedroom and bathroom and there is only 3 levels so you do not have to walk up a ton of steps.

Pretty solid spot overall. Icemaker works great, desks are built into the wall so no wobble & plenty of space. Some units even have porches. Plus a pool, basketball & volleyball courts which is nice

I love Clemson Edge! They host numerous events and activities at the clubhouse every month, have access to a pool, gym, basketball and pickle ball courts, and study rooms for finals when the library on campus gets full.

Very responsive leasing and maintenance staff. Property is maintained very well, and neighbors are friendly and quiet. Gym has some equipment that has not worked for a while, but other than that no complaints.

Very understanding staff, and the rooms and general area of the apartment is a very comfortable looking area. The staff made sure to reach out as soon as I started my lease, and helped guide me through the process very smoothly

Love the space and the amenities are amazing! I would personally recommend this housing option as a Clemson student because it grants you easy access to campus and to grocery stores.

I am not a active resident yet but I have signed my lease to stay at Clemson edge next year. About two weeks ago I did tour at Clemson edge and my favorite part about the area is that everything was clean. The apartment was also very nice as they said everything was remodeled about two years ago. Overall a great experience.

Best place, so affordable, has amazing maintenance, is super responsive, feels respected, has separate bathrooms, is super nice, so affordable, having free-for-all all parking is great so you don't have to worry about visitors not having a pot

Quality staff and a nice location to live. The property has many nice amenities such as a pool and basketball court. Apartments often have damage or dirty when moving in, but overall nice to live in.

Very loud neighbors and small walls let the noise in. Slightly outdated apartments with chipped paint and rusty appliances. Good amount of space and location is convenient to campus.
