I love Clemson Edge! They host numerous events and activities at the clubhouse every month, have access to a pool, gym, basketball and pickle ball courts, and study rooms for finals when the library on campus gets full.

Very responsive leasing and maintenance staff. Property is maintained very well, and neighbors are friendly and quiet. Gym has some equipment that has not worked for a while, but other than that no complaints.

I am not a active resident yet but I have signed my lease to stay at Clemson edge next year. About two weeks ago I did tour at Clemson edge and my favorite part about the area is that everything was clean. The apartment was also very nice as they said everything was remodeled about two years ago. Overall a great experience.

Quality staff and a nice location to live. The property has many nice amenities such as a pool and basketball court. Apartments often have damage or dirty when moving in, but overall nice to live in.

Very loud neighbors and small walls let the noise in. Slightly outdated apartments with chipped paint and rusty appliances. Good amount of space and location is convenient to campus.

This is a really great community for Clemson students! It is right next to a neighborhood Walmart which is very convenient and is not too far from campus! It is super easy yo get in contact with someone for maintenance or issues and the staff a super helpful.

I have had only good experiences with Clemson Edge. Maintenance is always timely and respectful. The grounds are always clean and kept nice. Our trash compactor just got a new fence and gate, and it looks amazing. I am so excited to use the pool this summer and have a great place to relax.

Decent apartment for the price in this area. The maintenance staff is super friendly and helpful. Only complain is the front office doesn't seem to concerned with maintaining the gym, so it's degraded over the years.

Apartment is pretty nice, my unit has a dryer that doesnt work well but past that everything functions fine and maintenance is prompt when you put in work orders. My only complaint was roomates keeping me up late at night and the apartment complex not doing anything about it.

We understand your concerns about your roommates keeping you up late at night. We offered to mediate between you and your roommates to help resolve this issue amicably. However, we regret to inform you that your roommate declined our offer of mediation. At this time, Clemson Edge views this as a personal matter between you and your roommates, as no lease violations have taken place. Unfortunately, since not all parties are willing to accept our offer, we cannot assist further in resolving this issue. Until this situation becomes a lease violation, we will not intervene further regarding personal issues between roommates. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. The apartment was nice and clean, rent was a little high but it could be due to the time I moved in. Management was friendly, very accessible and close to Clemson and really anything. If your looking for something close to Clemson but still accessible to other stores/restaurant's, this is the place for you.

I will never live here again, if given the chance to. The rent is way too expensive for the living conditions that we are given. It is bug infested and there is mold, growing everywhere. The water source is disgusting, and the Wi-Fi sucks. You get a really small living space and everything is always breaking down. We’ve had multiple times where maintenance comes in without identifying themselves, which is really scary as a household full of girls. They keep raising the rent even though you’ve been living with them for a while. I just think that is unreasonable knowing that you want to live here, but they just jack up the rent disregarding the fact you’ve been with them for years. I would save your money and live somewhere else that is less bug infested, cleaner and with nicer management.

Pretty good place, a little frustrated that my blinds broke because of how flimsy they are and not I have to pay for new ones. But other than that I have no complaints.

The location is amazing. Parking is always easy to find and I love how guests can park hassle free. All of the staff are friendly and helpful! Maintenance is so quick and helpful! The apartments are updated, clean, and spacious. Amenities are great. I can’t wait to live here again next year!

Overall I have enjoyed living here. I enjoy the events that the community puts on and the apartments themselves are very nice. The rent has gone up quite a bit which is why I personally will not be staying but otherwise fairly good living.

Facilities are nice but had to deal with some roaches in drains and around the apartment. Maintenance is quick to respond and appliances work well.

I really enjoy the community spaces such as the pool and gym areas. The unit is very spacious and when I moved in it was clean. The maintenance and office staff has always been responsive and helpful.

The community and staff is very nice, there were just some issues with the apartment upon move in that I thought was a problem. The apartment was not clean to my standards, like the fact that I had to clean out the shower drain of me and my roommates' showers after this was neglected to be done before we moved in and all of our showers began stopping up within a month of us moving in. The flooring in busted in a couple places and the ceiling of my bathroom is split and peeling. The washer and dryer also suck, no way around it, it regularly takes two dry cycles to dry clothes and the washer doesn't fully clean my clothes. It's a college apartment, I get it, but the amount o money they are getting between the 4 people in my apartment you think that they would put a little more care into the preparation before move in.

We schedule multiple vendors to do cleanings and repairs during our turnaround season, as well as do walkthroughs with front office staff to ensure that rooms are ready for our new residents. If there is anything that still needs to be repaired upon move-in, we provide a move-in inspection for all residents to fill out, as well as instructions on how to submit work orders to have those needs addressed. It looks like our apartments were not up to your standards when you moved in, and we would like to extend the offer to discuss them with you and rectify the situation if you would email us at clemsonedge@peakmade.com and submit the needed work orders through your resident portal.
good distance to campus, quiet enough, good amenities, furnishings are updated, on bus route (mostly reliable), wish maintenance had cleaned the common spaces before we moved in
