Holland and Zeeland are neighboring towns in western Michigan off the shore of Lake Michigan. Most of the area is rural and filled with wooded spaces and farmland, but the commercial parts of Holland/Zeeland are situated between both towns in the southern section of Highway 31. The commercial section of town features plenty of modern amenities and entertainment like hotels, restaurants, big-box stores, grocers, and more. A theme park, gardens, and trails along Macatawa River are located in the area as well. More outdoor recreation is provided by Lake Michigan and Grand Rapids, which is only 30 miles northwest.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

While I acknowledge that the apartment complex is large and the staff has many residents to attend to, my heat hasn’t worked for 3 days. When I talked to maintenance they told me they didn’t have time to fix it that day but would get to it eventually… last time I checked no heat was emergency maintenance.
Very basic and out dated. Everything is falling apart. The playground is over grown with weeds. Trash and dog poop everywhere. The garages are all banged up and missing shingles. Neighbors are very loud and are gross dirty slobs. This place is a rip off
This place is awesome on so many levels Great layouts and the views of the well kept grounds can't be beat. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, maintenance is always timely and thorough and they do events for families and kids that are really fun. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the holland area.
Clearview is a nice place for the most part, the apartments are pretty big, but also very pricey. I mostly chose it for the in apartment amenities like washer/dryer, dishwasher, disposal, and walk-in closets. The leasing staff and the maintenance staff are very fast and nice which was a plus. Upon getting into my ground level apartment I was met with spider webs in every possible place they could be, and the entirety of living there I saw around 5 spiders every week. The appliances are old which is fine, but not fine when you can hardly hear the TV when the AC or dishwasher are on. I couldn’t hear my neighbors next to me at all but I could hear most footsteps, and every flush of the toilet of the people above me. I didn’t hate it but I sure wasn’t sad to leave.
Apartments are average but the neighborhood is dreadful, there are police cars with flashing lights nearly every time I come home. Loud music all night long and screaming matches are a daily occurrence
Nice staff and great maintenance response. Pretty ponds and grounds . Great location .Just okay appliances , they are old. The downfalls here are over crowded parking and no sound proofing at all . If you want peace and quiet you won't find it at Clearview.
Internet sucks, it cuts out all the time, and doesn't matter what room you're in. Internet shortages very often. When I moved in I had to have the staple the carpet since they didn't and it was coming up. The drawers aren't straight and don't go all the way in, and the trim isn't done right either. Rent is waaaayyy over priced for a one bedroom compared to other apartments, I paid less for a 2 bedroom in Holland than I do now for a 1 bedroom. Only good thing is they allow huskies.

Great place Internet implementation is awful only thing keeping from 4/5
Clearview has some good amenities, such as a pool and in house laundry. The gym is really small, so its not much of a selling point. Utilities are low, but the rent makes up for that. Clear view is a about $100-$150 more per month than any of the surrounding apartments. You can also get a carport or a garage but that will of course cost an additional $25-$45 a month.
My roommate and I have generally like our apartment. For the money it offers quite a bit. Good solid neighborhood, right next to Meijer, near the highway for travel. I would absolutely come back here if I wasn't moving out of town. Only thing that kept it from getting 5 stars is the apartment itself isn't anything special. Appliances could be updated, and some of the carpeting is a little boring but nothing terrible
This is a very well-rounded apartment complex. It has wonderful amenities; a pool, tennis and volleyball courts, and clubhouse. It's a short commute to a lot of companies in the area, as well as numerous stores and restaurants. My favorite thing is that it is close to Downtown Holland and Lake Makatawa, perfect for anyone who loves city life or water sports.
