This complex is shoddy on their landscaping and hasn’t had the pool open in 3 years. This place used to be a great place to live before Rushmore Mgmt took over.

the pool hasn't been in operation the last 3 years- bushes aren't trimmed- gutters are clogged- laundry must be done in office area

Per our records, the pool was open for a brief period last year but was unfortunately closed by the health department due to a minor issue. We're actively working on trimming the trees and bushes after a contract issue with our landscaping team and have recently had the laundry machines repaired and upgraded to a new system. The apartment I stayed in was nice, management was somewhat responsive when I emailed them but not all the time. Maintenance is great! They need a raise. The thing I hated the most was the pool hasn't been opened for 3 years yet you are paying a fee for it. Not ok. Garbage all over the place, new management needed for sure.

First of all, the management doesn’t answer calls or emails. They are inconsiderate and money hungry and don’t care about their tenants.
