Property Ratings at Clearview Commons
I have lived at this property over a year and love it! Management is awesome! It never takes long to get things repaired. They follow up to make sure everything went well. I get a phone call if a package is deldelivered to me while I am at work. I love the fact that you are treated like family. It is a quiet complex. Everyone that I have met is extremely nice(management, maintenance). I would recommend to anyone looking for an upscale looking apartment without the high price.
The apartments are very nice as far as the appliances, carpet and tile in the living and dining areas goes. Also pretty safe area based on the almost 3 years I've been here. However, the paint is super cheap, there is barely any storage space, although it states "oversized closets", and management sucks. You are required to pay for the apartment to be repainted, carpets professional cleaned when you leave or they will charge $75 per vendor they call plus whatever the bill cost for the services. This is very unfair because my townhome was NOT move in ready (had a bunch of leftover debris as I moved in the week after it was completed/built, paint was not completely finished in a professional manor as there were multiple random spots of white wall showing when it was supposed to be all one color... TAN/a very light brown tent, not to mention the "painters" got paint all over the door hinges and door sidings), yet they want it to be move in ready when you leave--- so they don't have to do anything. The management is very nit picky and will try to bill you $75 for having YOUR bag of garbage on YOUR back porch for 10 mins (we had it out there while cleaning the house to try to get rid of the fishy smell from frying fish earlier that day and was told that it will be a $75 charge on our rent), if seen. I'm officially happy to say that we will be moving out this year as the manager stating rent was going up $20 and I honestly don't feel that it's worth it.
