The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Clayton Gardens
This out-dated and over-priced apartment comes with a complete mess of a management system, virtually no amenities (no dishwasher, old/damaged appliances, contanstly broken laundry machines) , and no real security. I am only living here because I can’t afford to go somewhere else (management probably knows this is a common situation and take advantage of that). I have had numerous problems since day one, and most of which could have been prevented by having adequate management and facility maintenance/upkeep as well as better communication with tenants.
the management has changed multiple times over the last 4 years I've been here, the property manager is never here. mail gets stolen way too often and they do nothing about it. they redid the managers office but not the disgusting carpeted stairs inside the building. it used to be all pink carpet until they renovated and forgot to do the stairs. when you call to get help or complain you have to leave a voice-mail and when they call you back and ask of you are still interested in a new apartment when you already live there. they also took 4 months to fix our AC in a heat wave so not good with communication and follow up
If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. I had read the reviews of this place before I signed my lease, because most of them were so old I gave it a shot. HUGE mistake. Office staff are as incompetent as a functioning human could be. They NEVER answer the phone and the office is only open 5 days a week, and for me, working in the Wedding industry, they are never open when I am home. It takes multiple calls to even be able to leave a message as the system will hang up on you. Multiple messages to get ANYTHING taken care of. And to add to that we have been living in a construction zone since August, I am writing this review in October. The signs still posted on your windows have an end date of August 28th as the last day of construction. HA! Avoid at all costs!
I do NOT recommend anyone move to these apartments. They are old and nasty looking. They gave a friend of mine a tour and there were leaks in the wash room, recreation room and in the gym. Well that's what they called it. The so-called recreation room is just a room with picnic tables and a kitchen that all needs help. Pieces of the ceiling was on the floor due to water damage. Yes she showed her all this. It use to be a senior home and that's what it looks like. To get to the apartment you have to go through the doors to get to the apartments, there is no single entrance, It's a hallway. The apartment itself is really small and the linen close is in the bedroom because there is no hallway space. the bathroom is the biggest and looks bigger than the kitchen. lol Unless you are desperate do not settle for this junk. The person told her they are going to remodel there is no signs of any type of upgrade. It's an insult to the city.
After we viewed the apartment, agreed to rent it and signed an agreement plus lots of other papers, the manager (Monserrat) gave us keys for totally different apartment!! Our chosen apartment had a balcony with a view on a green and peaceful space (trees, flowers, grass, benches) and the new one’s had a view on parking and TRASH CONTAINERS!! You may only imagine what smell it was… We asked the manager why we didn’t get the right apartment and she said that all units had the same standard, so it’s usual procedure not to inform people about the changes. Well, I agree that inside the units look almost the same, but IT IS a difference if you have quiet nice green view with a fresh air or parking view with trash containers right behind your balcony. So probably you might expect both: the noise and cockroaches!! Also Monserrat asked us to buy a rent insurance and PG&E before we meet to sign the agreement. We did it and we also purchased and internet for our new apartment. Now we have to cancel everything and probably pay fees for the cancellations. I don’t have to tell you that we lost our holding deposit $200 as well… DON’T RENT THERE. THEY USE PEOPLE. Btw. Clayton Gardens doesn't deserve for even one star... Dodger and a liar...
Clayton Gardens what can I say? It's certainly an experience everyday. From quiet to crazy & in between, busy friendliness or peacefully serene. Plenty of room for space for your bed, an ideal place for you to rest your head. A beautiful courtyard to sit & relax, those are simply the basic facts.
