Property Ratings at Clay Commons
I have lived in one of the two bedroom apartments with my roommate for two years while attending graduate school and this apartment complex is absolutely beautiful and historic. I have never felt safer than I have living here. Everyone in the building is friendly and maintenance is quick and efficient. We have had the occasional issue with plumbing here and there but it was solved quickly. My only critique of this building is that I wish there were more electrical outlets in the bathroom and kitchen! This building will always have a place in my heart and I am so sad to be leaving.
