Convenient location, and the biggest one-bedrooms I could find. High ceilings are really nice. Cute kitchen and lots of light in my unit too.
My one bedroom here is a lot bigger than other places I looked. The kitchen is cute and the ceilings are super high! Convenient location too.

Lets start by saying the "package room" still doesnt exist. "Bike Room" doesn't exist. And gates...yeah they are up but don't work. Stay away at all cost. Go somewhere else and get a lot more benefits for the same price where a manager is actually onsite now "off property".
So I was recommended to check out these brand new apartments, while I was looking at another option first. Thank you Candace B. from Substancia for the recommendation. Great safe area, very close to downtown. A lot of stuff to do. Great quality property & units. Very happy & would recommend. Thank you! -Brad
