I Don’t Have Any Issues With Living At Clary’s Crossing. The Community Is Close To Everything. The Community Has Wonderful Amenities The Community Is Always Looking Clean. I Would Recommend This To Everyone

People here do not adhere to the rules and the management doesn’t enforce them. Been here 8 years and it’s going downhill. If you’re looking for peace and quiet and respectful neighbors, this is not the place. Building feel more like a frat house.

Some neighbors are loud but other than that good experience. Love the location and all of the amenities. Also like that the buildings are secure.

I’ve lived here 6 years now, this is first apartment I have ever renewed the lease, we did not expect to enjoy it as much as we have and hopefully will continue too

I like the neighborhood. The apartments are nice and maintenance quickly comes to fix anything. The pool and gym are also nice. I gave 4 stars because we have extremely noisy neighbors.

I just moved in but I can tell you that my apartment has so much more room than my last apartment. The neighbors are friendly. The neighbor is pretty quiet and I feel safe here. The ladies who work in the office are very friendly and are extremely helpful. Great place to live!

Since Living At Clary’s Crossing Apartments It’s Been Pretty Good. I Would Recommend Living Here. They Have Really Good Amenities As Well. Maintenance Is Right On Time.

It is not too bad but also nothing special. Building is old and in need of repairs. Apartments are old and drafty. Units get very cold in the winter and heating is useless unless you want to pay astronomical utility prices for constant use. There’s no interior lighting so buy plenty of lamps. Appliances are old and in need of replacing(ie. drier takes multiple uses to actually dry, dishwasher doesn’t clean very well, is super loud and dry cycle doesn’t work right. Refrigerator constantly runs and either freezes food or spoils food no in between. Neighbors are mostly friendly but also can be loud. Staff is generally very friendly, on site gym is nice, and generally have felt safe. Renovations and updating would make this community a 5* in my opinion.

I give my apartment community 4-stars. Reasons why: It’s a great location in Columbia. Everything is close and convenient. Some neighbors are great, and some are so inconsiderate that it’s sad. I have a mix of rude upstairs neighbors that stomp around and carry on at all hours of the night, and sweet next door neighbors who bake me cookies. Such is living in an apartment building. Management seems overwhelmed and do nothing that they say they’re going to do (like order us a new spin bike in the gym)and that’s super frustrating, but then they’ll host cute little community parties around the holidays. So as a tenant, it can be good here or kind of a low-budget experience. It depends on what you value and what will stand out to you as far as services and amenities at Clary’s. I’ve been here 8 yrs & haven’t had any major issues. A few small issues, but nothing I couldn’t get handled & nothing to really make me want to move. I think 4-stars is fair. Maintenance crew (Kevin & Co.) 5-stars!

For the most part this is an ok development; kept clean and maintence staff is excellent. Staff is knowledgeable and responsive. The residence is modern and comfortable space.

Overall a great apartment experience. Everything has been great! No issues with parking, bugs, and staff is responsive. I will be moving out soon but I had a great experience here.

would NOT recommend living here. buildings are disgusting. i walked in one day & it smelled like something died. it’s cold now because there is a window open for some reason..trash is overflowing. i can’t wait until my lease is up.

Clary’s is an excellent place to live. It is clean and has a nice swimming pool in the summer. There are plenty of paths for walking and the neighborhood is very friendly. The maintenance is excellent.

Love love love my new place! Super spacious! My kids love the area and I am in love with all of the amenities! Great school zone and super close to stores, the mall and all of the good food places.

I am grateful to live in this community and in this area. Too much focus is put on a few unpleasant situations and when you let those things out weigh the numerous awesome and good things....you inadvertently become fuel to nothing but negative vibes. As an engineering manager, I track all the good and all the bad of my team and the one thing I have learned in all my years......it is not even worth the oxygen to talk about the bad because there is always way more good. People have bad days, make bad decisions at times, but in the end...they are doing the best they can at that moment. I will always focus on the good and positive here at Clary's Crossing because a good home takes work. My neighbors have been nice, because I have been nice. Management has been great, because I have been respectful and understanding. Maintenance has been awesome, because I accept that repair require a different timeline than I expect.

My experience here so far has been nice. The area is wonderful and quiet for the most part. The only issue I have is with the appliances within the apartment itself. They are not the best and need updating. Overall everything else is fine.

Always been an amazing place to live with great staff always helpfull, things get fixed fast and in proper way, hope the renew again. Definitely recommend

The neighborhood is changing, and many people who have been here for a while have moved—last year of living here also. Management are trying to make some changes

I love living here I am very sad that we have to move out because the complex won’t renewed our lease I do see a lot of people leaving the complex

Quiet neighborhood I rarely even run into my neighbors lol which they’re very sweet Recently clarys went under new management which was a WIN. I do feel that maintainence is pretty responsive and quick mostly. Beautiful area to raise kids in.

I love the location. The people on the community are nice and welcoming. The maintenance staff is awesome! I love how we are close to the trails. Our building is a bit odder, but still pretty well taken care of.

Disgusting hallways that now include what looks like dog vomit right outside my door, dog poop in the grass right by the stairs, trash always outside of the dumpsters, hard to get decent parking after 6. I chose this apartment because it is more updated than my previous apartment for the same price, but i’m starting to see why now & am regretting my decision.

I’ve been here for 8 years & management has changed 6 times. I will say this team that’s in currently have a backbone and I like it. They are doing a great job cracking down on rules so that the residence who pay good money to live here have a pleasant experience. I appreciate them for that. I gave a 4 star review because for months my wife and I have been asking for some attention to the gym area. It’s falling apart. I can list specifics: 1. The weight bench is wobbly and cause for injury. I’ve already tweaked my shoulder doing overhead presses on a wobbly bench. 2. The spin bike hasn’t worked for literally a year. 3. The machines all need some calibration or something. The leg press foot plate is not aligned and therefore wobbly which again can lead to injury. 4. And simple enough, we need our yoga mats replaced. They’re all chewed up & falling apart. I frequent the gym very often & would appreciate seeing some of the budget spent on fixing it up. Otherwise I’m happy here.

My only complaint is very loud neighbors bumping music outside on the weekends. There’s no reprieve for it and it can be exhausting on your only day off to relax.

Great time living here so far. I love how quiet it is and the neighbors are friendly. There have not been as many issues with bugs, although there have been a few since the weather is getting warmer.

The actual apartment complex is great. They have nice updated units, a nice pool area, grill area, and gym. As far as management goes, management companies come and go often and because of that, it’s hard to get the current management to really care. The gym could use a serious update, for example. Stationary bike has been out of order for 2 years (I’ve been here for 5 years), and some machines feel unsafe to use. They need inspection. Weight bench is uneven too. Also, the quiet hours NEED to be reinforced. Some neighbors are NOT respectful of the fact that they share space/walls with others. Location is great. Close to Columbia mall, athletic centers, plazas, grocery stores, medical facilities, parks, restaurants, and major routes.

Clary’s is an excellent place to live. They have so many amenities and the gym is great. There is also a pool to use in the summer with barbecuing stations. The neighborhood is very clean and friendly.

Living Here At Clarys Is Pretty Good. The Staff Are New But Ok The Maintenance Staff Kevin Is Wonderful I Would Recommend Living Here They Have Really Good Amenities Like The Pool, Gym, And The Grill Area

My experience here at Clarys has been great thus far. July makes a year for me here and I couldn’t be happier that I chose to relocate here. My neighbors are respectful and quiet. The area is safe I would definelty recommend it to someone who’s considering moving to the area.

The property is well maintained and nearly immaculate. The staff have been nothing but kind and helpful, and the entire process—from application to obtaining the keys—was quick and simple.

The apartment grounds are well-maintained, with no long wait for maintenance. I love the scenery and how quiet it is. They have nice activities in the clubhouse for all tenants.

I had two issues regarding plumbing and maintenance resolved these issues very quickly. I can tell the apartment cares for their residents. I have loved living here for the past few months.

Management is great since the new company has taken over. Amenities could use some sprucing up. The gym needs the stationary bike fixed and maybe some new yoga mats. Community is cool and maintenance team is on point.
