I’ve been living here for 14 years now and it’s an incredible place to live. They have a tennis court, playground, basketball court, and a beautiful pool. The pool is always maintained and clean, the water is always so clear and blue. Your neighbors are amazing and friendly, always willing to be there for you. Management is amazing especially Ziggy he is on top of the work and always gets things done. He is amazing and the whole office is amazing. They are hard workers, accommodating to the neighborhoods needs. I would 100% recommend living here and it’s close to New York!!! -Rose -Rose

Claridge Court has an amazing environment and great extras like pool area, park, and baseball and tennis court, dog park and much more the management and maintenance are great always try to help and put you first.Also neighbors are great and good to be around by Lucas D

We just moved in two months ago and we are delighted to be living here. The community is beautiful and well kept. Shaina from the office is amazing and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure working with her to move into the community. We look forward to being here for quite some time !!!

I stopped by to checkout some apartments and fell in LOVE with the community ! I am in the market for a 2 bedroom which they didn’t have at the time being HOWEVER, Shaina has been in CONSTANT communication with me this entire time! She really makes me feel like i am important and my son and i are a priority to her. We really want to live here !!!!!

hidden gem apartments, in claridge, quiet most of the time peaceful, neighbors are great, it's a little town where everyone knows each other and helps each other out when or if needed. shaina is a wonderful person who always responds to concerns and answers every question. repairs very quickly she goes above and beyond! she gets things done.

Claridge Coirt is a wonderful place to call home I’ve live hear for almost 1 year and I can honestly call this my home My neighbors are all so welcoming and they are all working class people not snooty It’s a pleasure to live here. The management Team is also wonderful Shayna helped my son I get in a wonderful 2 bedroom and went above and beyond to get us in the other people on the team were Donna and Ziggy who were terrific too I’m so happy to have found my new home and hope to spend many more years to come This is the place to be with plenty of amenities that we all love and appreciate a beautiful pool as well just come by and see for yourself thank you Roseann a happy tenant

I was toured by Shaina. She helped us with our application and answered all my questions. The community was clean and felt like a home rather than an apartment.

Shaina the property manager made my move in so easy she is extremely organized and responds quick with any questions very accomadating and knows her job well. The entire office maintenance crew do an outstanding job ! Friendly smiling and always here to help.

Shaina was very proactive in getting me the information I requested and addressing my concerns. My previous residence was very poorly maintained and she assured me that I wouldn't have the same issues at Claridge and she was correct. The complex is cute. The building design is unique. There are a lot of recreational areas within the community to keep you busy. Occasionally the kids that play outside will get a bit loud depending on where your unit is located, but I'm glad they're having fun. There are so many laundry facilities placed throughout the complex that you'll never have to walk too far no matter where you are. The only con for me is that the laundry facilities only take quarters and there are no coin machines. I'd love it if they had a card system. Nevertheless, everything else exceeds expectations so I still give it 5 stars.

Place is quiet and peaceful. Apartments are renovated. Shaina, the office manager is awesome! Highly recommend this place

So happy to be living here! The units are renovated and modern. There is plenty of parking. Neighborhood is well kept with nice amenities. Management is super nice and responsive. Easy access to working trails and nearby parks. Also the manager Ziggy and other staff are friendly and quick to respond to any inquiries or concerns.

The grounds, pool and play area are kept in great condition. Plenty of onsite parking is available. The office responds quickly to maintenance issues and the staff is always helpful.

Nice pool, playground, basketball court and tennis court. Plenty of parking. Manager is quick to respond to any and all concerns. Wish pets weren't allowed as they weren't when we moved in.

Just moved in to a two bedroom the apartment is more beautiful then I could of hoped for so far it’s very quiet and peaceful and that was my main concern coming from where I am in Staten Island it’s always loud and noisy. The woman Shaina in the rental office has helped me through the entire process since the Application and has been very helpful with any questions I have had since I moved in. Eddie C

Lived here for 1 year. Very spacious apartment that didn't break the bank and was very well maintained. No issues with neighbors and pretty quiet neighborhood. Plus there was a Wawa withing walking distance! Management was quick to resolve any maintenance concerns and I would have renewed if my job hadn't moved me out of state. Only downside was no assigned parking, so some nights I would have to park farther away than I would have liked, but this was a very rare occurrence.

.I am marginally satisfied with my experience at this community. It is certainly not the worst place to live, but the current management is the worst ever. The management was not being responsible for what happened. The management has very rude attitude and being only nice to people when new applicants contact them in leasing office. . Features offered could be better considering the amount of rent paid. The location is good for commuting to NYC/surrounding area.

Great complex to start out,or if your downsizing. Low rent, fairly large space. My apartment has hard wood but I know others have carpeting. There's a pool &assigned parking. The maintenence is okay and pretty efficient. The laundry room was upgraded but the upkeep is minimal,so I wash my clothes at a laundry mat,although the duplexes offer washer/dryer. The complex itself is appealing to the eye as far as flowers and cherry blossoms. The downstairs apartment has a patio which is nice. Neighbors are nice, everyone kind of knows everyone, you have some unruly ones I'm sure but I've never seen any discrepancies. All and all I've enjoyed my stay here the last 2 years.
