The website doesn't do the property justice. Step into the office and you'll have an immediate sense of "Welcome home!" The leasing team is kind, professional, and hospitable. The property has great amenities and is a stellar location with close proximity to everything you might need in your day to day life. The property is well maintained and there's a definite sense of home and exceptional living.

Very excellent place to be in Clarendon apartment, staff is very friendly and understanding.

Although the Clarendon is beautiful and most people are friendly, the management could respond to emails quicker and I think we need to interview people before offering them an apartment. It smells like weed a lot even though smoking is not allowed.

I absolutely love the Clarendon apartments. It’s a friendly, safe clean community. The amenities are top tier too.

I love living in my apartment at the Clarendon. The office is ever so responsive and courteous. My apartment has all the amenities that I require. The courtyard outside my window is more than beautiful. I cannot imagine, living anywhere else.

So far so great. Clarendon apartments have been treating me great so far within a month of moving here. Everybody I talk to who lives here, told me this is a great choice compared to the other apartments around the area. I’m grateful to pick a great place to live.

The floors, trash rooms and garage could be cleaner. Otherwise great building!

Since I moved in to the Clarendon apartments, I have been very happy here. The staff has always been courteous and friendly and efficient. The maintenance staff have always finished. My maintenance requests in a timely fashion. The property is kept very neat and clean, even the parking garage. I would be happy to speak with anyone about my experience at the Clarendon.

Ive lived in alot of apt complexes in the area but The Clarendon by far is the best. Great apts, great amenities, great staff!!!

The building always smells like Marijuana. The staff rarely mops the hallways. They have valet trash and everyone leaves their trash in the hallways. Maintenance takes days sometimes a full week to complete requests. Nothing says luxury about this building. You’re better off staying at other buildings that are newer with their prices.

I know if I have a concern it will be handled quickly.

If you like inhaling weed and cigarette smoke every time you open your window, this is the place for you!

It’s always nice to have a team who treats tenants with respect and quick to handle any concerns.

Living at Clarendon Apartments is a dream. Friendly neighbors, very quiet and peaceful and CLEAN! The building is always is amazing upkeep and the maintenance staff are readily available for your needs. The entire front staff- special mention to Shirley and Kunle are absolutely AMAZING! Anytime I've needed anything, I was met with professionalism, friendliness and my needs and concerns were taken care of immediately. I couldn't imagine living anywhere else, and have no plans on moving anytime soon. Thank you for such an amazing living experience for me and my boys!

Whenever I have a need or request, management and maintenance handle it in a timely manner.

Lived here for a year during pandemic . It was nice. Very cozy apartment home setting. I only left in order to upsize otherwise all amenities and styling within the apartment is dope.

When ever i need a maintenance fix I am able to submit the request very easily via the online portal and by the next day they crew is working on the issue. They always fix it with no issues.

I love living here & everyone is so responsive & respectful of whatever situation comes up. Great place to live.

The Clarendon Community is a great place to live. We gave been residents for approximately 2 years and the Community Team makes this Community a GREAT PLACE TO LIVE

Finding your next home is a task in itself, finding your home during COVID, OH FUHGETABOUTIT...UNTIL...You visit the Clarendon! The beautiful lobby/ leasing office, from the moment you walk in, you are met with visual esthetics that make you feel like you are moving into luxury. It's clean, the decor is beautiful and the scent is subtle but lasting and pleasing. I was greeted by Stephanie and Kunle. Although we are all wearing masks, you genuinely could see their smiles in their eyes. (The Clarendon is very strict with COVID regulations, which I greatly appreciated!) I did not have an appointment which concerned me, but the way I was accommodated already gave me a good feeling on the complex. Every question I asked was answered and their explanation of the property was impeccable. Stephanie took on the rest of my inquires as Kunle had an appointment. She was very attentive to everything I needed and asked and took her time breaking down the process on potentially moving in and what life looks like at the Clarendon as we are in COVID. As Stephanie was helping me I was able to over hear and also see Kunle in action with his appointment, and not to seem like I was being nosy, but it was reassuring to see how attentive and awesome he was with the other clients. It wasn't just me, the Clarendon really has an excellent team that cares about people and their choices on a home. The five stars given in this review are simply not enough but since it's the highest I can give, it is well deserved! The property is beautiful, from the front office, to the pool, gym, and most of all the apartments! Every layout has a unique feel. They are extremely clean, and great lighting and every unit is equipped with new/updated appliances. The building is big, however, you are not "on top" of your other neighbors. The pool and gym area truly look like a resort. So you leave your apartment, go downstairs and transform to a resort on the same property! All in all, if you are looking for a new living space, and wanted a real response to the Clarendon, I truly hope this review helps! I could go on and on but truly, call or stop in, ask for Kunle or Stephanie and I promise, you will not be disappointed.

This apartment building is beautiful, conveniently located, and well priced. I love the management staff and appreciate the well kept amenities!

The location is great! It's right next to the 101 freeway, yet you cannot hear any traffic noise. The floor plan is also very reasonable. And I love the technologies installed in the room, make my life more enjoyable!

My apartment sparkles with newness and a trendy white and gray color scheme. I love the layout, lots of room in this 2/2, and the awesome location next to the 101 so commuting is a breeze, as well as the great shopping and central location to all that LA has to offer.

The apartments have state of the art amenities and the service is s great. We highly recommend the Community

Clarendon is a safe and clean environment. They also take COVID 19 restrictions very seriously which is really appreciated in order to keep residents healthy.

Couldnt be anymore happier. Been here for 14 months and looking forward to October to renew our lease!!

I didn’t live in this community however I did apply, I decided to withdraw my application. I was told I would receive my holding deposit in the mail within 2 weeks( as I was told the first time) I called earlier this week to check the status. The girl I talked to said the wrong mailing address had been put in after I emailed it twice ! So I called back today to make sure the correct mailing address had been put in. The girl I talked to was extremely rude and unprofessional! She kept talking over me and continued to talk down to me I literally couldn’t get a word in ! It’s crazy that someone could be SO unprofessional. Based off of my experience I would not recommend this place !

ridiculously poor maintenance and customer service, there’re only 2 cleaners to the entire apartment complex, I tried calling and letting the manager(Cheryl) know that our haul way haven’t been cleaned for a month already(I have pictures to prove it) and she told me I know, we have 2 cleaner for the entire place and this place huge, how will they clean everything? Plus there’s a trash valet that only work between 6-8 between Monday-Thursday. What about the rest of the week? During the weekend the trash room get filled and basically left trough out the weekend as an health hazard. Don’t move here, I tell everyone I see doing a tour here.

Beautiful place to live! Staff is very helpful and accommodating, building always remains very clean, and my apartment is beautiful stocked with top notch appliances. Its funny, Ive read complaints about the walls being thin, but I havent noticed any issues...everything is quiet where Im located. Great place to call home!

I love living at the Clarendon. I looked at so many new apartments & Clarendon was always my 1st choice. The location is great & the staff is very understanding.

The security guards, maintenance and our gated garages have been highlights of the complex. I dont like the mandatory valet trash charges monthly. You have to push hard to get to management, they eventually get to your needs but you have to be persistent. I like the close access to the freeway.
