I have been living here since 2021 and I love it !!!! Management is very professional, service repairs request quick. It is very clean ,very quite and landscaping in well kept. Neighbors are great and friendly. Thank you TW

I’ve lived here since 2012. Great place to live, reasonable rent, free heat, someone always busy maintaining the grounds and apartments. Rose is very helpful.

My son just relocated last week. From the very beginning, Rose, the property manager, was very accommodating. When we arrived I was impressed right away with the well kept grounds. When we saw the apartment at the walk through, I was amazed at how clean it was and how well kept the apartment was. Definitely the right choice!

I have lived here for over 5 years. Grounds winter and summer are always immaculate. Management and maintenance are friendly, helpful and always quick to respond. The pool is amazingly clean and kept up through out the summer months.

Clairridge Estates is a GREAT place to live! The price for the location is AWESOME! You are just a 5 minute drive from the metro park/lake st clair. And 10-15 minutes from Hall road with lots of shops and food! The Property Manager, Rose and her family have done an incredible job of creating a beautiful property for a GREAT price! I would highly recommend living here! Been here for a little over a year and love it!

I lived here for about 2 years always very clean and quiet office manager Rose is the greatest in the world always very nice an professional her an her staff are always working in an outside the complex. for any one to say anything bad about Rose and her staff maybe it the tenant that has the problem and not management ,,,THINK POSITIVE PEOPLE AND STOP THE NEGATIVITY .

Don't let the clean looking landscape fool you. Everything in this apartment is pieced together when broken. The manger rose is money hungry going up on the rent every year. She treat her tenants like she their warden. She's nosey especially when she see men come in the complex. She calls you for every thing. All I'm saying if you enjoy being a homebody with company coming to visit you then DONOT MOVE THERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT. if you gone 24/7 I guess its OK but then she will say you don't live there. BE AWARE!

The place is beautiful and well kept, but if you don't allow Rose (property manager) to talk to you like a child she will put you out. Rose is very sarcastic and rude. I lived there for 4 years.

I've lived here for 2 years and have been very satisfied with the size, upkeep, and rent of my apartment. You would be hard-pressed to find bigger, nicer buildings at the price, and the property management is quick to answer maintenance requests. Located close to several grocery stores and diners, it's convenient for shopping and also has easy access to both I-94 and Metro Parkway.

I have been pleased with my apartment, especially the very low rent! The apartments buildings are well maintained and clean, and the neighbors in my building are quiet and easy to live with. The buildings and grounds (including tennis courts and a pool) are conscientiously cared for by the property management. The surrounding area has easy access to I-94, metro-parkway, and isn't too far from 696 which makes commuting fairly easy. There are quite a few parks nearby, and plenty of diners and grocery stores, which makes living here fairly convenient.

I recently relocated from Alabama, and am staying with my daughter and son in law. I bless them for taking me in and helping me to rebuild my life. I moved back to MI to be close to my children, and to build a better future for myself. The Apartment is older and small for 3 adults, and needs some updates, and it is a basement apartment, which has had some flooding issues. Which the maintenance has fixed. The appliances are older, There is a laundry room which charges $3.00 per load, but no washer dryer hookup in the apartments, so you have no choice but to use the laundry room. The appliances are older, and are falling apart. The bathroom needs an update. And the closets are small, but other than that, it is a decent place to live. I am very thankful that my children are here, and I have a decent roof over my head. My daughter has spoken of getting a townhouse so that we can have more room, she can start a home daycare, we can have an extra bathroom, and hopefully extra storage room, because we have to rent a storage unit for extra things that are not being used. Please let us win this, so that I can help and give back to them, and move into a bigger place.

i am moving there tomorrow . lived there 12 years ago like going home.
