Our first impression when we arrived on the property was incredible! The grounds were perfectly manicured and pristine. The maintenance people spoke and greeted us with a waive and friendly smile. Moreover, the business center was elegant and the property manager was very polite. Our tour was exceptional and the property all the amenities one would expect. Can't wait move in soon!

I have lived here for almost 3 years & overall I am still very happy. It’s a quiet community & everybody is pretty friendly. Maintenance staff handles requests by next day usually which is much improved from my last apartment. Office staff is great with communication. The only reason I see leaving is when I’m ready to buy again ??

Claiborne is such a beautiful luxury complex! Clean, comfortable and safe. The scenery is beautiful and always up to date, I’ve never had an issue while living here. Also Mrs Krystle has always been great help when in need of anything. Claiborne also is very engaged with the community like having small events for the kids on Halloween and even having food trucks on certain days. AMAZING! I truly Love everything about living here.

I'm moving very soon and I am looking forward to my new cozy abode. The complex is very well kept and is very inviting as is the office staff. Ever since I stepped foot in the office, Krystal and Jessie have been very professional and patient with my many questions. :) Krystal even gave me a courtesy call to see if I had any questions and informed me she was checking on the progress of my new home and even shared pictures. Her thoughtfulness to give me a peace of mind is priceless! I am always very appreciative of exceptional customer service. Krystal, thank you so much for everything! I am beyond excited about my new season in my new home with my wittle pup pup! If you're looking to move, I strongly suggest this property for your future home! The staff is very involved with the residents as they have events and giveaways for the adults and children. They also involve the fur babies. :) Just go see for yourself!

CC is a good option for people that desire a property that is well maintained, quiet, has courteous staff, and spacious units. I moved here 18 months ago and have had a positive experience overall. The current office staff is helpful and courteous, especially Krystal the assistant manager, who goes above and beyond to assist and has done so since the first day i moved in. Maintenance is very responsive, better than anywhere I have rented prior. They show up on the same day or within 24 hours. The application and move in process was efficient and simple. No place place is perfect when renting, however, this property is worth checking out if you are considering a move.

I stooped in without an appointment and just expected to pick up some information. I was greeted by Aireonna and even though it was evident that she was busy she offered to take me around the property. The property was lovely and Aireonna was very kind and knowledgeable. We have lived here for over three years and have always had a great experience with the staff, with maintenance, with security and the overall luxury living. I love the landscaping and especially love the beautiful pool. They even have a fully stocked do it yourself car wash!

DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU LOVE ROACHES! We had roaches for months that got progressively worse and all management did was place sticky traps. We lots hundreds of dollars in food and furniture because they were infested.

This community holds their residents, community and staff to high standards. Which is why… We love this place! They’re adding a dog washing station, The grounds are gorgeous, the leasing agent, assistant manager and property manager are firm, but fair which is what I look for when I’m living somewhere. They don’t let things get out of hand and take care of issues right away. The maintenance guys are super intelligent and kind as well!

I had such a horrible experience at Claiborne Crossing that I have to share it. I was fooled by the well kept grounds and pool but quickly learned I had made a mistake. First of all, you don’t get to see your apartment until the start of your lease. So, the first day in my apartment the floors turned the bottoms of my feet black. They were filthy and I could not get them clean with my steam mop. When I met the property manager (Zach) for the first time to discuss the floors and insisted something be done about them, he put his hand up and said “You need to stop talking. Your expectations are too high.” What kind of manager says something like that? He finally agreed to professional cleaning and it took them 3 trips to get the job done. Next issue was fruit flies. Except during the winter months, I had a constant barrage of fruit flies. I’m a very clean, neat person and leave no food sitting around. I believe they were coming in from outside but they made no effort to help me with he issue. Don’t expect to get a full nights sleep living there. Neighbors above me sounded like they were coming through the floor. They were up by 6am every day stomping around and banging stuff in the kitchen. They would vacuum at 7am. When a asked the office for assistance, they said they don’t get involved in those matters. It’s up to you to work it out. What?!! My apartment frequently smelled like marijuana. I reported this several times and they always referred me to the curtesy officer. The officer would say he was at work, and that there’s really nothing he can do about it anyway. The most concerning issue I had was obvious mold. When I did my walk through on move in day, I pointed out what appeared to be mold on the baseboard of linen closet. They sent maintenance to clean it up. I think they just put some paint over it. Before I moved out I pulled up the carpet there and the carpet tack strips were black, rotting and covered with visible mold. AC coils also had what appeared to be mold on them. I reported this and they said they were fine and just gave me a new furnace filter. Before I moved I also performed an air culture. This grew visible mold and I sent it off for testing. Testing confirmed presence of penicillin mold. I moved out 1.5 months before my lease was up because I couldn’t take it any longer. I would rather pay double rent than be unhealthy and miserable.

10/10 recommend Claiborne Crossing! The community is clean, safe and well cared for. The location is phenomenal and very conveniently located near the grocery stores, shopping, several food options and close to the freeway. The units are absolutely beautiful, the neighbors are all wonderful, friendly and welcoming. The staff in the office is incredible, Zach, Peyton and Arden are all very knowledgeable, quick to get us answers and always cheerful and have a warm welcoming smile on their faces. Maintenance does a great job and has always handles our requests promptly as well as efficiently. We couldn’t imagine living in a better community! We love Claiborne!! What can I say, I love, love, love living here. My apartment is up to date, the club room, gym and pool make life easy (when it's not COVID). This is the best apartment complex that I have ever had the pleasure of living at! My apartment was amazing, lots of space, gorgeous features, and it didn't feel like an apartment it felt like a home. Claiborne Crossing is a beautiful place to live. The prices are steep for sure but the amenities and service the workers provide make it all worth it. The only negative that I've experienced since I've been here is the snobby entitled attitudes of some of the people who live here.

You won't find a community for a better value than what the staff at Claiborne Crossing offer. The apartments have high end finishes like granite countertops, undercabinet lights and upgraded refrigerators and the amenity package is not just flashy with things that I won't actually use like golf simulators and lounges, but rather things that I really enjoy taking advantage of. If you are looking for an apartment you should seriously consider this place.

The community and the staff are all lovely! Such a wonderful place to live. It is very relaxing and worry free. The office staff is all so wonderful and helpful with anything we need! I just love them!!!

The experience living here has been wonderful. The team really cares about the complex and the residents. There are some rules but nothing crazy and they do try to really enforce them. Take the rules seriously and you will love it here.

I love it here. It's nice to live someplace where the staff takes their job seriously and does whatever they can within reason to help you out.
This community has great amenities, top notch finishes and even better service. Every time I need anything the office and maintenance staff is so helpful and really care. The new manager has really been breathing new life into the complex. The whole staff just really seems to care. The landscaping is lush and beautiful. Our apartment was nearly perfect when we moved in. I would recommend this community to anyone!
