Civic Center Court Apartments

Not move yet here but person who work there his name is Josh help me a lot to find my apartment. Very good price too and very helpful and understandable ,PROFESIONAL WORK. This is my new home from October and very excited.

This complex located in the heart of downtown Des Moines is a fantastic place to rent. 5-minute walk to the east village, as well as court avenue. The brick walls create a great sound barrier from the constant action of downtown. The property manager Josh is unlike any that I have had in the best. He is always very attentive to the guests, as well as being very personable to everyone. 5-star property manager!

Fantastic place to live! Management is very attentive and cares about tenants. There is no better value in downtown Des Moines.

Just a disappointing experience over all. Location is great, price point is fair compared to the rest of down town but definitely older finish quality. It is a good location but nothing special about the living experience. If you don't mind some rust here and a counter stain there this place is probably for you if you just want to get centrally located down town. Parking is a commonly over looked expense living down. Be prepared to budget the cost of parking downtown as there is only a couple loading zones and no actual parking on property. The parking available is street (parking meter) or garage parking is available. Towing does happen per parking policy.

I lived at Civic Center Court Apartments for 2 years and had a wonderful experience. The location is the best in the city because I was close to the river, the skywalk, and everything downtown - I could practically walk everywhere. The rent was always affordable and was perfect for wanted a downtown living experience without spending all of my money. Management was professional and responsive to any issues that I had. I highly recommend considering Civic Center Court! I will miss this place!

I lived in a one bedroom apartment at Civic Center Courts for two years and absolutely loved it. Lots of space and storage in my unit as well as a walk in closet and large bay window facing cowles common. Walking distance to the east village, downtown and Wells Fargo arena. Older appliances and building. Property manager and maintenance were responsive and respectful. Parking is a challenge and at an additional cost in the ramp if you chose, but worth it for a downtown apartment!

I lived at Civic Center Court for 13 months and had an excellent experience. The landlord was very responsive via email. Also it was extremely close to court avenue, YMCA, and Wells Fargo. Overall it was an awesome experience.

The Civic Center Court Apartments is the most conveniently located and reasonable price spot for downtown living. Either for a Studio or 1 Bedroom, the enclosed complex is encircled within main downtown streets, close to entertainment, shopping, and culture, activity every weekend such as the Downtown Farmer's Market, and is enclosed within the secure complex with patio apartments overlooking the complex pool and grilling station.Very cool and convenient place to reside in downtown.

I've been living in my studio apartment three years now. There's so much room and the environment is fantastic. They've remodeled each floor and changed quite a few things in the common areas giving the apartments a more modern welcoming feel. Everything in Downtown is within walking distance: YMCA, East Village, Fong's, Civic Center, Wells Fargo Arena, Court Ave bars/clubs and so much more. Management, maintenance and amenities services are professional. I can't complain about anything here - they make living in Downtown great!

I have lived here for a year and haven't had any problems. Management are very nice and helpful, maintenance is quick to reply and does a great job. Perfect location to anything u want. The court yard is beautiful and quiet, and can't complain about a pool downtown, right?! It's just a very friendly environment and couldn't ask for a better place to live!
