Directly across the Missouri River from Kansas City Proper, North Kansas City is a community with an industrial background mixed with modern suburban personality. Most of the residences are clustered in the northwest corner of the city, with the southern half of town mainly occupied by industrial buildings.
Macken Park on the north side is a great venue for getting outdoors and enjoying the sunshine, and regularly hosts outdoor concerts in the summertime. The area surrounding Armour Road near Burlington Street is where you’ll find the local dining, shopping, and entertainment options in a low-key, walkable setting, and of course the amenities of Kansas City proper are only a short drive across the river.

Been here for 13yrs and I can honestly say I love it, love the area, close to my workplace, my daughter attended and graduated from NKC high school, had amazing staffs that did everything to make sure the tenants were happy, I believe it’s has since changed management and the new staffs are just as amazing and go out they way to help the tenants as well. The City view community is great, the staff and maintenance crew are friendly and the work orders are expedited in a timely manner. The maintenance guy, Mike, works efficiently, skilled and clean. Great place to live!

I have lived at City View Apartment for the last three years, and my interactions with the maintenance staff have been top-notch. Every time I have a question, a concern, or a request for a fix, they make the time and leave me with the feeling I am the most important tenant on the grounds. Extremely respectful and polite. When they enter the apartment, they show much respect by cleaning up before they leave. Also, it is informative about the cause and solution. If I have not been available, and they see me out and about, they have to follow up by asking about the status, how things are going, and what they have done to resolve. I will say that, overall, my time here has been the best because of Mike's continued authentic efforts and interactions with my family and me, which is what has made my stay here easy to call home.
