I haven’t even moved in yet. But just off experience of looking I’m very satisfied by the customer service and friendly attitude… they got there 1st point from me by just answering the phone!! Can’t wait to move in!
I have lived at Cityside for years! This by far has been the best customer service experience. Tomika was amazing and super help. She and ms kelly truly go the extra mile to make sure we are comfortable and happy. I really appreciate them
My tour gide Tamica was really helpful. I really liked it

Hi, we are so pleased you enjoyed your visit to Cityside! We are always more than happy to assist you if anything else comes up. Take care!
I applied at this location and they kept bugging me to sign a lease. I noticed that their gates for parking were broken and the “manager” assured me that all the gates were fixed. Upon touring my unit, the gate where I would park was broken. I’m not sure the need to lie. I also cancelled my application within their 72 hour time frame and they have yet to give me my money back and it has been over a month. I’ve left voicemails and emailed a Tierra and they will not return my call regarding my money. Poor management.

Hi, we're disappointed to hear of the negative experience you had at our location. Please contact us at your earliest convenience.
Please do not rent from a mills group property. Cityside does have nice people in the front office but Victoria and her manager are heartless people. The mills group makes a habit of adding fees and sending your case to court before you are even a month behind in rent. After the first you are assessed a $50-75 fee. Then into the middle of the month you have attorney fees added and you must pay the rent, late fees and attorney fees before the end of the month within $100 or else you are still considered late and you are sent to court! This is a standard regular practice. I will admit I feel behind more than once because mentally, I was still dealing with the loss of my dad and I was trying to do everything alone. My daughter lost her job so I had trouble financially. The last time I was late I was getting the money together for all the fees, including court fees but Victoria told me to keep my money and find a new place to live. No one was cleaning the halls, moping or anything when I lived there so I did on my level. No updates at all, no fresh paint. The smell and noise coming from the apartment below me was horrible and though I requested that management talk to the occupants about the music being so loud nothing was done. The music would shake the living room floor!! I loved the size of the apartment and the convenient location. Lots of homeless people around but they don't approach you or cause trouble for the most part. Lots of natural light from my former residence. The mills group is just a terrible company so again. Don't rent from any of their properties.
Overall, the staff is really nice and friendly. The online portal to pay your rent and submit maintience requests is awesome as well. And the apartment is honestly gorgeous. The only down sides are these apartments don't have W/H hookups. (w/h in in basement of each building), and the safety of your vehicle and belongings is questionable. Myself and 3 other neighbors (including the maintience man by the way) all got our cars broken into last night and this is a frequent occurrence in the area. Our windows were broken and all. Not only have they recently raised the rent, but the extra funds they received from tenants isn't being allocated according. PSA: This is totally not the Property Management employees fault at all. They just work for the company. This is a corporate issue with Mills Property. The Mills Property corporate people refuse to attempt get a plan in place to maybe install cameras, have better security procedures, or better policies when reporting instances like this. We pay too much money in rent each month to have to worry about our cars getting broken into on Mills Property. I understand life happens and not all one off situations like this can be prevented but....this is literally the 5th or 6th instance where cars have been broken into and Mills Property has not done anything about it beside sending out a generated e-mail to residents. (Which is of course helpful, but we kind of need action implemented following an alert.) The downtown location is beautiful but it comes with instances like these to consider.
The place is joke. Let start with my apartment it need to updated and everything in here is broken cabinets fall apart ac does not work, and car get broken into no guard to watch the property. The tow company office work together to have car tow for gate area. Maintaince is joke never come to fix anything. They are slum lord, office worker are rude. They do not care about the tenths. I am moving as soon as my lease is up. Run do not look at this place there nice a better up to date places to stay than theses apartments downtown for the prices you pay.

We are disappointed to hear that you did not have a more positive experience with us at Cityside.
Just currently moved in City side Apartments and I had the pleasure of working with Victoria, she was awesome. Found me the apartment with all the amenities I asked for and had me sign the lease the next day. By far one of the best employees on their staff. -Jasmine

Hi Jasmine, we are very happy to have provided you with such a positive experience!
I have lived in these apartments for 4 years and will be moving out in October. If this was a few months ago when the old manager was around I would highly recommend these apartments but as of late this place has become a true nightmare. People's cars are getting vandalized and broken into in the gated parking lots, maintenance doesn't do anything, Mills Properties doesn't care about their tenants at all, the people in the leasing office really don't care especially the new manger, the leasing office closes earlier than 5:30pm, and the air conditioning units do not work very well. This place is a dump now and customer service is horrible. Don't waste your time or money. You will be very disappointed.

Nice area close to the downtown night life. Apartments need to be updated for the price. Kitchen and bathroom need new cabinets and countertops. The appliances needs updating. I've been here 3 years and the rent keeps rising, but I don't see any improvement happening. If this would happen, I would stay longer. But I'm moving on at the end of this lease year. I need more for my money.

This place has truly made me feel at home. Whenever I called the leasing office for anything, they did it quick, fast and in a hurry. The pool is clean and quiet and the maintenance team is very respectful and always on time for any situation. I would recommend this complex to anyone in the St. Louis area and I will be renewing my lease in May 2016.

Hi there, we are very happy to have provided you with such a positive experience!
I enjoy living at Courtyard at Cityside apartments located downtown St Louis Missouri. Accessible to major interstate for commuting around town and Illinois. Within walking distance are Casinos ,great restuarts, steps away Rams football stadium convention center.A ten minute commute on Meteo train to Cardinals nation and home to the King of Beers Budweiser and the Beautiful Clysdales. Outdoor pool with weight room with gated parking. The women that work in office are genuinely nice and sincere as well as the maintenance men who are always prompt on fixing things.
