I am sharing my experience in the hopes that others won’t have to go through what I have. Between the pipes bursting and fire alarms going off twice in the last month and the windows in my apartment that are freezing and management refuses to acknowledge are actually a problem, this place has been nothing but stress. The building is showing its age and when you bring up concerns, prepare to have them blown off. They are much more focused on cosmetic fixes than actually making their apartments livable it seems. If you’re looking for some place quiet and comfortable, this isn’t it.

Cityscape is a cozy place to call home! All of the staff are incredibly responsive. The building is well maintained and it is obvious that the staff care about the work they do. Our home is spacious and feels like home.

EXCELLENT staff, the office and maintenance team are second to none. Walls maybe aren't as sound proofed as best they could be but as long as your neighbors are respectful it isn't an issue.
Great cozy place to live! The whole team at cityscape is very proactive at solving any of the small little problems that come up with living in an apartment community. Everything is well maintained and clean.
We love living here. The apartments are spacious, the maintenance is fast, office people are friendly, suzi keeps it clean. There has been some building maintenance that has been a bummer but the office staff is very communitive about them.

This is a great place to live! Best parts would include the friendly staff, great maintenance and cleaning crew and pretty good amenities. I also love the neighborhood (and SLP in general).
Love the community, management is super friendly and helpful! Quick response when you fill out maintenance requests too. Large dog breed friendly, I have a Shepard mix and they did not discriminate.
Good place. A little pricey for what it is, but neighbors are respectful, amenities are decent (pool is great), and staff is friendly. I'm hoping to stay another year, at least.
I really enjoy living here, the pool, the dog park, the workout rooms. I love the layout of the apartments and it’s a very nice place with nice people around.

This is an awesome location right off of the Cedar Lake Trail! You can walk to Target and other spots on W36th street easily and if you have a bike then the world (or greater metro area) is your oyster! The staff and maintenance team at Cityscape are fantastic and the amenities really set the place apart from other nearby apartments.

Cityscape is a nice apartment complex, the staff are great and the complex has nice amenities. Parking is a bit tough since Via Sol complex opened up down the frontage road as it seems those residents are using our parking lot due to that complex having limited parking

Love my apartment complex. It's mostly quiet and friendly neighbors. Staff is always attentive and nice. Maintenance is usually super fast to fix the problem. Never had any majorly big issues with Cityscape. I love living here

I’ve loved living here. I like the location, any issue I might have is responded to quick and solved quick too. It’s right next to the trail for easy access, and 10 minutes from downtown. Would live again??

Excellent admin and maintenance people! Love the location in SLP and right off of the Cedar Lake Trail. Weight room has a bench press (important for some) and two treadmills in addition to dumbbells and other amenities.

The maintenance is generally responsive. The main guy is very nice! Place lacking in some aspects. The hallways smell weird often but it seems to not be consistent.

So far very quiet, kept clean the common areas and outside. Lots of dogs that are leashed and friendly. Parking garage very small spaces hard to park. Common areas very nice and clean

I just moved in a week ago and am loving the place. The leasing team was super helpful and friendly. The amenities are amazing (especially the gym and pool). It’s in a nice, convenient location for commuting to work. Super glad I decided to move here.

Awesome area in SLP! Right off of the Cedar Lake trail and an outdoor pool operating Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day weekend. Staff is great and always very friendly.

Cityscapes has been a great place to live! Affordable priced for how spacious the units are, plus the amenities. This was my first apartment out of college and it has been a great experience.
