Lafayette has many beautiful neighborhoods. Different people like different areas of the city for their own reasons. However, the south side of the city is typically the most sought after. The area surrounding the University of Louisiana – Lafayette is known as the university area. This area, as well as Lafayette’s Downtown District, is more urban in nature than other parts of Lafayette. It is possible to walk to the school, local restaurants, shops, and art galleries. Broadmore is mostly residential and home to people of many different ages. This is also where the Thomas Park Recreation Center is located. Broussard, Youngsville, and Scott are small cities on the outskirts of Lafayette.

When I worked at night I felt safe going and coming home. I like the improvements the new team is making. Apartments complex is kept up
Great location, phenomenal staff, nice apartments and amenities. Other residents aren't loud late at night.
It is affordable and is at a great location. Staff is very responsive.
This apartment is located in a great area that is safe. Every resident tells you hi eventhough you may not know them which creates a friendly atmosphere. The office allows our community to be evolved with different community projects such as school supply drive and can food drive.
I was experiencing problems with my apartment that I thought would be difficult to solve, such as a foul odor and leaking dishwasher. But these issues were thoroughly resolved the very next day after I placed the complaint, with no hassle or issues. The management was courteous and respectful, and the maintenance staff proved to be very competent.
I would definitely recommend City Parc because although it is an older complex, management and the maintenance dept. do their best to keep everything in good repair and working order.
I would refer a friend. The new pricing is a bit much though.
I like living here. The grounds are well kept. The management & maintenance teams are courteous & prompt with any concerns or issues. If we could get the one washer fixed & get peeps to pick up their dog poop then it would be near perfect here.
Again, this would be a 5 if the facilities were better (fitness center, hot tub).
we love living at CPR but we still have bathroom issues in my child's bath that has not been addressed in a month almost and the folks moving in are rough music blasting as they come into the property dogs not on leashes and the people walking around it's just not the same I am so sorry about how things are going around the property I pray it gets better
Some of the amenities that were originally well taken care of when I signed my lease are constantly lacking cleanliness, repairs and attention. For example, the latch on the gate for the dog park has been broken for almost a year and never replaced, the rocks are exposing bare ground and have not been raked over, the bags to clean up the poop were missing for 2 weeks and have had multiple instances when they have not been replaced showing a lack of attention to that area.
It's the best place in Lafayette for the money. Location is great, too
I feel safe coming in from work at different late hours. They do not allow anyone to pile up trash. I'm always comfortable in the complex.

It' a safe and peaceful environment
Parking is terrible unless you pay extra. Visitor parking along the fence seems to be very long staying visitors. Never a open visitor parking spot. Other than that not bad.
Some things I was initially told would be fixed upon move-in were never done (stove burners, resurfacing the bath, resurfacing the counters) and the outside of the buildings took a long time to be redone and repaired. Overall it' been a nice experience but those things were not done.

overall i enjoy living in this apartment and such a good area for the price of rent.
I would recommend for the affordability and location. I would not recommend, because of the delay in repair to some maintenance issues I've had, and lack of response to hot water issues over the weekend.
I love the price, location, staff, and apartment! Everytime something has come up it has been resolved in a timely manner and the ladies up front are really nice and always answer any questions I have. I also feel safe here and it feels like home.
Highly recommend overall but parking is horrendous. Not a good place for single moms like me who have to park 7 buildings away most nights and walk in the dark with a sleeping toddler because you can't afford $50 extra a month for private parking.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Nothing but problems after problems for months that just never get fixed. Management and employees are extremely unprofessional and rude. When contacting the office with an issue, you have to call or show up multiple times before an effort is made. Save yourself the money and headache and rent anywhere else but here. Place is a nightmare.

I've lived here for nearly 5 years, and it's been the best renting experience I've ever had. The ladies in the front are super polite, attentive, and professional. Especially Mrs. Amy, get that lady a raise! Maintenance is top notch. Any issue I've come across has been addressed quickly. The maintenance supervisor, Mr. Nick, is the best guy on the team. Without him I feel like the place would fall apart. Some of the units are a bit dated, but they do offer updated units for a bit more money. My kids and I frequent the pool during the summer months, and it's awesome. They have a hot tub, and bbq grill that we use while out there as well. The clubhouse is newly remodeled, and perfect for hosting parties. Aside from that, the location is perfect. Ease of access is a big plus for this complex. If Kaliste Saloom is too backed up, you can swing to the back and hit Settlers Trace. It's located in a great school zone, Middlebrook Elementary. There's plenty of places to eat and things to do nearby, even in walking distance. Sadly I'll be leaving this awesome place soon. But, if anything ever happens, and I'm in need of an apartment again, I know where I'll be going. City Heights at the Ranch! Great place. Come check it out for yourself!

I live at this apartment for a year and we have problems with stray cats, pest and insect and when we call the office for complaints like broken down micrwave or problems with toilet due to being an old apartment they don’t respond on time. But my major problem is with the stray cats and poor security as well

My wife and I lived at the landing for the last year. I would recommend anyone looking for a place to call home to go and take a tour and meet the amazing staff and see the beautiful apartment homes. The rent is unbeatable for the service and location that you will receive, any time we had an issue it was immediately addressed within 24 hours. My wife and I enjoy traveling and having as little stress about our home as possible and the staff at the landing made that possible. We enjoyed the ease of walking to the movies, target and going out to dinner. Lafayette is such a beautiful place to live and you will be right in the heart of all the fun and excitement.
