Love the security, the management and the convenience of the location to downtown, airport, and freeway. City views is probably the best overall apartment living option in the greater Spokane area.

Love living here. Anytime there is an issue it is fixed immediately and I feel safe living here. The views are amazing in the winter and summer as well!

My experience at city view is amazing. I feel safe and secure with the security of the doors. I like the garages and parking lot space. I like the events that causes us to interact as neighbors

It is always quiet.I enjoy the dog park. I enjoy the club house and how easy it is to schedul it. The hallways are always clean. I love the view of the sun rise.

Just moved in. People I've met are nice! O feel comfortable. My move in process was very smooth and friendly. Great customer service. Rebecah answered all my questions. Lots more to do before I feel home.??

We love City View! Our neighbors are so lovely and kind. Views and nature walks nearby, while being 5 minutes away from downtown is ideal. Gym, fire pit and clubhouse are amazing and clean! Two critiques are cheap appliances and hallway carpet is smelly.

We enjoy the amenities, common building, and community. There is some issues with noise, but overall not to bad. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

I am a big fan of living here. It's only a 3 year old complex, so it's very modern and very comfortable, and in an area of town that seems relatively safe. The apartments are spacious and very comfortable, with modern appliances and ample storage space in areas such as the kitchen and bathroom. One of my favorite parts of living here is the friendliness of the leasing staff and the community events that are put on here. It's nice to have the leasing staff know my name, and be able to have a conversation with them. I turned down a different complex with possibly more amenities and potentially cheaper, nicer or just as nice apartments when I was searching for a place to live last year after my roommate moved out, and one of the things that sealed the deal for me was the leasing staff and community events here vs that complex. The rent may be slightly higher than I would like, but to me it is worth it.

I love the City View apartments so far! One downside so far is that the package room is not organized well making it pretty hard to find your package and there are no carts to borrow to get your package up to your apartment. I also find it interesting that to get to my parking garage you have to go to the back side of the complex, that itself along with the driveway is just inconvenient. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Living in City View apartments has been a great experience! The amenities are great and the facilities are immaculate. All problems are dealt with in a timely manner.

The process is super easy and very friendly staff! The underground parking is a big added bonus. They do community events which is super rad!

In the past several years of living in The city view apts, I have had a great experience. The communication from management has been excellent and very responsive to issues. The only thing I would complain about is people not cleaning up after their dogs and running in their apt late at night.

We luv living at City View! Management and maintenance are amazing. Not only are they available for questions, but fun to talk to and personable. We luv being close to nature trails and the rooms have amazing views. Highly recommend!

We are so grateful to have found City View! We are thoroughly enjoying our space, the amenities, and the people are so down to earth and kind. We luv the view and walking distance to nature!! The parking has been solid and we have appreciated all the staff do to keep sidewalks de-iced.

Spacious, bright and love the location. I really like the gym and clubhouse access as well. Love that people can have pets if they like. Would like a bit more security in the parking garages as I’ve had things stolen. Also a key code to get into the buildings as well. Overall though, very happy and satisfied ??

I toured these beautiful apartments with Annetta, I was so impressed with beautiful apartment she toured me. I loved all of the finishes in the kitchen, but I have to say my favorite was the view from the balcony of the home I saw. I saw myself sipping wine and enjoying the view as she described the sunsets. I also love that Annetta mentioned how City View was pet friendly, and she took me to the awesome dog area. She also mentioned the nearby trails I could take my dog to if I wanted a longer walk with, or without my dog. One final feature that sold me on this apartment was the secured parking, Annetta took me to show me the parking area that was built below the building, this was a huge must for me, I had to have secure parking. I went home and filled out my application right away, I'm sold!
