Located just west of Downtown Orlando, Parramore is a historic community tucked between Interstate 4 and Orange Blossom Trail. Parramore offers a variety of affordable apartments available for rent. I am so happy since I moved here. I cannot express how much this has changed my life and perspective in life. I love it here .
I love living there. It’s peaceful after working far and when you get home. I enjoyed every moment of be there at home. The staff are wonderful. They respect every tenant that visit the office.
At first we used to love the property. We've been here 5 months and we are going crazy. We have had food delivered and someone said they were us and took it. Our packages have taken or opened. Parking sucks, especially if there is an event (forget having company over on those days) Neighbors have music on loud on any day of the week until 2 or 3 in the morning. We have complained to the office and have called the police and they keep putting on their music. Can't wait until lease ends. The good, apartments inside are nice, some Neighbors are nice, staff is nice.

I have enjoyed living at City View for the past 10 years and have made a few friends. The central location to the highway, grocery stores, and more keeps me at this location.
Everyone in this building is friendly and helpful.
Because of my health concerns, I appreciate the amenities at City View Apartments to to engage in healing exercises. I also appreciate the City View Apartments location to get to Dr appointments quick and return home via the Sunrail train station during the week. I appreciate the Lynx bus nearby too.
I love this place! It has roof top pool and I have great view of the Orlando City stadium. I live in a 3 bedroom and it’s great that me and my roomates get three free parking passes, but it would be nice if I could have 4th one for my company car. Other than that it’s great. The rooms are big and the amenities are not too shabby either.
I’m on the seventh floor and I have the best view of the Orlando City soccer stadium! I watch the sunsets at night and get to see the beautiful stadium lit up plus I walk to the games! The fitness center is pretty great. The manager just replaced ALL the equipment and I get to work out late after work around 11 or 12 PM. Its open 24 hours I think. I haven’t use the pool much other than to watch the fireworks downtown on July 4. They accept packages! I’m so grateful for that! My last community stop excepting packages which really was difficult to deal with. I have not had many work orders but the ones I did have the maintenance guys are really fast and they always are very nice. Theresa in the office rocks! She has fed my cat twice now when I was out of town for work. She’s a lifesaver. She’s always so kind and genuine. The office staff is always been nice and it’s really a nice place to live. Also, I can walk to all my favorite spots downtown and the Thai restaurant downstairs absolutely has the best food ever. It really is a nice place! I’m on my second lease and don’t plan on moving until I buy a house. There’s also free parking in the garage! My last place charged me $130 to park in the garage! Free is good!
I moved here about 4 months ago and already looking for my next place to live. For starters the pictures that they show are out dated. My room was filled with carpet stains, the walls have many marks and holes and cockroaches. My stove wasn't working and I'm still currently waiting for maintenance to come in and repair it after multiple attempts to contact them. The worst part is the garage. Residence feel entitled to "claim" their own spot even though there is no assigned parking. Residence will leave notes on your car, key your car and put nails under your tires. I also had my car broken into and the building manager did nothing because there is no cameras showing "proof" that it happened. Residence also park in the handicap parking when they have no right to. If you confront them they just report you to management for harassment when you just asked them (not leave nots or vandalize their car) to save that spot for people whom need them. For what this place is, it's better to either look for somewhere else or pay a little more and live inside the city. This place isn't worth the price. Look somewhere else.

I have been a resident at City View for 6 years but it is not the same it used to be. The company hired this new assistant and she is clueless. She is rude and lacks empathy towards the residents. Her door is constantly closed and when it’s open her office is a complete chaos. You don’t even have a place to sit. I just heard today that the property manager is leaving. Obviously the company can’t keep any good employees. She has been one of the few that always has a smile and it’s willing to help even when she was on crutches. I can’t wait for me lease to be over so I can move out.
The property is horribly infected with roaches and ants. I have spent a lot of money and time trying to rid the infestation in my apartment. I have bought every product, tried every home remedy and regularly clean every surface. The common areas (amenities) need to be pressure washed. The managers don't keep the property clean. This is probably the reason for the infestation. The office associates are rude and the company (JMG Realty) renders poor customer service as a whole. JMG Realty run their properties like institutions with unnecessarily intrusive rules.
This is a perfect building if you are looking for an affordable apartment right downtown Orlando. The pool and amenities are amazing. It also has a cute courtyard area. Love that we are able to get a 2 bedroom 2 bath for about the same price that most pay for a 1 bedroom 1 bath in downtown. Does not have high-end finishes but honestly for the price they are not needed.
