City Harbor, formerly known as Waverly Place, is in the midst of apartment upgrades for a more modern look. Orlando, part of the maintenance team, is a consummate professional. We are fortunate to have him part of this community.

The staff from the office to maintenance are always courteous. They are always quick to address any issues that you may have.

Waverly Place is a very pleasant and friendly place to live. The location is perfect for shopping. The staff is awesome!It's a very pretty complex!

A very solid choice in comparison to other choices and in its own right.

One of the best rentals in the area, community is very safe for many reasons. There are people who live here that will watch your back when you arent here. Not suggesting I would leave my door open, but this community is safe. I speak to mostly everyone in my section of my building, daily. Staff is generally friendly and courteous. No solicitors have ever shown up to my door. However, there is no assigned parking, so if you live in an apartment similar to mine, you might walk a ways to park on the weekends because guests will park when residents usually do and people from other buildings will regularly park in what should be your space as well.

I love this place I plan on living here a long time. The staff is amazing! Everything is explained they make you a priority and the application process was extremely easy. These apartments are so peaceful. I would recommend it to all my family and friends!

I love the washers and dryers that come inside the units. Having a busy schedule I really dont have time to go to the laundromat. I Love the free wifi that I can use in my home on multiple devices. The free cable is awesome! I really love the amenities that comes with living here. While looking for a home i could not find any other complex that offers the things we have here at Waverly and the staff is awesome and friendly.

Ive been in my new home at waverly place for about three weeks now. I can say the staff is amazing the property manager is amazingly awesome and always on top of things. Maintence for any issues ive had have made sure it was fixed with in a timely manner. Couldnt ask for a better front office the community GREAT and quite..love Waverly and home style feel

I knew I was home from the moment I drove into this complex. It's peaceful and quiet and covered in trees!! Wilson, Leah, and Brooke in the leasing office are always more than willing and happy to help. They were very accommodating on my move-in date when I was running two hours behind schedule. Rental prices are reasonable and great. I'm definitely getting my money's worth. I've been here less than a month but management and maintenance continues to be very helpful when any issues arise. The neighbors are amazing--very kind and welcoming. There is a great sense of community and always someone to ask you about your day. Best of all, when you're home, you hear no noise! This is great coming from an apartment complex where I could hear people arguing, people's TV at full volume, and people stomping in their apartments. I haven't been this at peace in years! The community amenities are great. There are always refreshments and pastries in the leasing office. The air-conditioned laundry room is open 24/7 so you don't have to worry about people fighting for a machine. The pool area is great and relaxing; it's next to a small lake area which adds a beach-feel to lounge time. The gym has several cardio machines and free weights. Most of the weight machines are broken but management has said that they will have all new gym equipment by the end of the summer. I can't wait!! However, in the mean time, I make due with what's available in the gym and I still get a great workout. I am finally home and I'm not going anywhere else any time soon.

Wow! 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments available. Interiors are painted sage green. You have a choice of carpet or wood laminate flooring. Large walk in closets and bathrooms. Washer/dryer hookup. Plenty of natural light. Mature landscaping throughout the complex. Great pool and clubhouse area with laundry facility. The big plus is proximity to shopping and restaurants. 10 minutes to the beach. The cherry on top is the golf course across the street. No surprise. This is Florida.
