You can host private gatherings in public spaces. Building cleanliness is top priority. The management team offers events regularly to build community and is responsive to its tenants. The apartment units have high quality fixtures and great temperature control.

I love living in this community. Neighbors are friendly and the staff are wonderful. It’s a safe and fun place to live. The building is right in the heart of the downtown so it’s very convenient to access to other places in town.

Melessa was amazing. She help me to get squared away and ready to move in. The area is located in amazing location easy access to downtown Ithaca. The amenities are amazing, the space is extremely comfortable. Between that hours of 11:00 and 12:30 when I was there, it was not high flow of traffic with a single person in the gym.

This is my first experience living in a building with several staff members who know me and are happy to agree to the little extras, such as watering my plants when I am traveling, who bring packages to my door and attend to even small maintenance issues promptly and perfectly. The building is immaculately kept with several co-working and hospitality spaces, inside and outside. It's such a good place staffed by good-hearted people

My move-in experience was great, we got a nice sign-up deal! Melessa and Amanda were, smart, helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Ty, the maintenance supervisor, immediately introduced himself and welcomed us to the community. Dog spa for the doggo, have not seen that too many places. The gym is outstanding, I hated commuting to my gym, love that this one is an elevator ride and 10 steps from my unit. I like the community atmosphere and the kindness of everyone here!

Very helpful staff and clean building. Lots of community activities before COVID and several virtual events during quarantine. When the gym had to close they let you checkout equipment (mats, weights, bands, kettle bells, medicine ball, jump ropes) to use in your apartment). The gym is best I have ever experienced in an apartment community and I have lived all over the country.
