Awesome and homey, very well maintained

This was the most pleasant moving experience I've ever had. After many years of military moves, and many different apartments, I feel like I've landed at my "forever place." Sandra is such a great manager, and Seth and Tim are so good at their jobs, and so kind and pleasant at every interaction. The maintenance is the best I've ever experienced, of any apartment I've ever lived in. They are on it, fast, professional, practical, and don't let anything slide - they fix it right, and don't leave until it works! Love these guys so much. The whole team. Neighbors are so neighborly and I've made quite a few new quality friends here. I feel such belongingness here. Love my home. :) The wood flooring is also so pretty, and makes my life with allergies so much better. They really go above and beyond, every day, here at City Center Townhomes.

Feels like home!

This honestly is the best rental complex I've lived in. The staff is so helpful and really care about your well-being. The maintenance staff does a great job and answers your questions, no matter how big or small. The inside is amazing as well and the attached garage is unbeatable! It's also in the perfect location! It's close to shopping and restaurants. I love calling this place home!

Perfection

From start to finish, my move to my townhome has been excellent! The communication from staff is top-notch and you can tell that they care about the residents here. My townhome is super spacious and the finishes are phenomenal and all the appliances are top-notch.

Fantastic Community with outstanding management and staff

The City Center Townhomes are a wonderful community. The townhomes are modern with an open floorplan and lots of lighting. I especially like the wood floors which add a lot of character to the inside. The kitchens are great for cooking with a large island, granite counters, stainless steel appliances and lots of cabinet space. The building itself feels very safe and nicely maintained. The location is perfect - it is right across from Northpark Mall. The staff and management at City Center are wonderful. They are very professional, go out of their way to make you feel welcome, and take a lot of pride in making this a really nice place to live.

Great 2 Years

These townhomes were wonderful! We really loved the location because they are tucked away and in a safe neighborhood. Really convenient location and friendly neighbors. We are from Texas and the 2 car garage was a lifesaver, since we were just getting used to the snow. Overall, great apartment and would recommend to others.

New to IA

Living at City Center has made my transition from NC to IA a dream. I love my apartment and the location couldn't be better. The office has gone above and beyond to help with any issues and concerns I have had. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a new place.

The City Center Townhomes are a great place to live. They are located in the center of everything and the 2 car attached garage is an amazing thing to come home to.
