The staff has been so great getting us set up as we moved in from out of state and did not have a chance to visit and even see the property before moving in. Location is fantastic and the community seems safe.

City Block is not only a great community but it is in a great location. The units are designed to maximize space. I would recommend this community to anyone.
We have lived here four years and would still be here if we weren't relocating to another city. It's two blocks from riverfront dining (2 rooftop bar/restaurants, Marina Grill), outdoor concert venue (Live oak Pavilion), access to the riverwalk which leads to downtown, right across the street from the Wilson Arts Center and one block from the historic Brooklyn Arts Center. More importantly management and staff have been excellent and highly responsive, specifically Dale in the front office and T.J. in maintenance and service. Both are easy going and easily assessable. Friendly and open when you encounter them in everyday coming and going. We've never had issues with everyday sounds coming from adjoining apts. When you do here expected sounds they are at a minimum in our experience Additionally, on a side note, my wife has always felt safe here.
Living at CityBlock in Wilmington has been great! The location can’t be beat; it’s a short walk to shows, live music, breweries, bars, and restaurants. The apartments are very nice inside with tons of closet space. There are frequently community parties and events. And Dale, the property manager is outstanding! He is always willing to answer questions and help with issues, and somehow remembers everyone’s name. CityBlock is just a fantastic place to live.
I coordinated moving into City Block apartments from across the country...The property managers were very helpful, friendly and made it super easy! Very nice apartments with huge hallways. Amazing views and located in a great spot. Move here!

Perfect Location in downtown Wilmington, NC. Ride my bike everywhere given the convenience. Security is excellent. Neighbors are great. interiors of the apartments include granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. They are roomy and have great storage. Recommend this apartment to all my friends and new recruits in the area!
