The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Citrus Glen Apartments
Management has little care and acts little towards noise complaints. If your someone who works from home or had a more stay at home life style, be prepared to deal with people stopping on you at a whim. room spacing is nice, and everything is held up. but peoples personal space does not seem to be their top concern.
I am a returning resident of citrus Glen apartments. This place has and amazing manager and assistant that LOVES there residents like family. The last manager was old fashioned and strict and old school but this new one takes the cake. Ingrid the manager here helped me become once again find an apartment fast during the Hard times of covid with complete understanding and compassion of just everyday stresses. Her assistant Lilly is amazing too and when Ingrid isn't around she steps in just as respectful and caring as Ingrid. Citrus Glen Has updated there apartments to where they are so much more modern then when I lived here four years ago and the maintenance men are always there to help when I have an issue. Plus now the pool is heated HECK YEAH I just had to leave a review because I've been here over a year now and I ALWAYS recommend this place. I REALLY. feel at home THANK YOU CITRUS GLEN APARTMENTS AND STAFF
We've lived here for almost two years. We're trying to save to buy a house. The prices for rent here allow us to do that. Our property manager Ingrid is the best she throws events for holidays and during covid made sure we had goody bags at least. To help residence during covid they extended leases without increase. It really feels like they care. When we send a maintenance request it gets done fast. Our laundry areas are taken care of. People complaining about parking don't live here so if you live here your a happy camper. And even when I have guests over they have never had a problem parking on the street. We love the atmosphere here, it's quiet and when we want a good breakfast we walk to Cafe 126 or get snacks nearby at circle K. They also have a park nearby that we walk to for our daughter. It is close to the freeway but close your windows and you don't here a thing. I prefer to leave my window open at night because not many cars pass the 126 and it's nice and cool at night. Neighbors here are veterans, moms, families and couples starting out. We love it here.
The Landlord is amazing! Whenever I need anything she is always on it. Maintenance is always on it as well. I’m in love with my apartment and it’s affordable! The Landlord is very understanding and a kind hearted person and you don’t find many landlords like her ! I highly Recommend renting an apartment here at citrus Glen ????
We moved in fairly recently, and I must say that this place is quite cozy. Neighbors aren't noisy, and everyone is friendly and says hello. Parking is great, it's worth it to get the extra parking space if they are available. Almost all utilities are included, so that definitely helps. The building is older, but they've made a great effort to upgrade units; I really like the flooring and the stainless steel appliances. In the heat, its nice that there are fans in all of the major rooms of the apartment, and there are smoke detectors that work almost too well sometimes! We looked at a one bedroom unit that cost the same as this two bedroom unit, and it even has a washer and dryer so this place is a steal for what you get. The landscaping is gorgeous, I love the flowers and the (I think) Magnolia trees. Really enjoy living here, highly recommend it.
Beautiful landscape, maintained very well. Our manager Ingrid is very kind and caring. She has done a fabulous job here and she’s always there for the tenants.
We have lived at Citrus Glen for a long time. The property is kept clean and management continues to make great improvements. The employees are always friendly. They are pet friendly too. Keep up the great work.
Been here for almost a year and Ingrid is the most amazing manager. She is super nice caring and takes care of her residents. Every holiday she puts together resident events for us. We just had Wood Ranch Christmas Dinner with a bunch of treats! The rent is a very reasonable price. Units are well maintained, clean and the area is super quiet. Love this place!
Beautiful property, awesome management, laundry rooms galore, cute playgrounds, quiet neighborhood, hidden away but close to downtown Ventura and Oxnard Collection. Overall a great place to live.
Its peaceful and quiet here and safe the rent is reasonable...the new manager is very helpful and extremely caring about her tenants and super nice
I love my apartment with high ceilings but .... I wish it had more square footage and had a dish washer and air conditioning.
