Property Ratings at Citron
Going on 3 years living here now and I absolutely love it, I don't want to move. I love the pool area, the gym, and other amenities. Just unfortunate that most of the small things they offer to residents occur when I am in class, so I never have the opportunity to try it out. Only annoying part is the typical upstairs neighbor being loud (not intentionally, I spoke to them and they had no idea, they just walk loud, but given school it can be annoying) so I use the study rooms they have and it's definitely a great perk :)
I think Citron does an amazing job of maintaining their amenities and the staff are always so kind and helpful. I just wish that the upstairs neighbor could stop stomping and jumping
So far, our experience has been excellent. Management has been responsive, professional, and extremely helpful with all of our requests and needs. Their support has made the transition smooth, and we truly appreciate their dedication to resident satisfaction.
Don’t be fooled by the fake 5-star reviews—they’re clearly paid for. Check their real customer feedback on Google. Most people leave here with more frustration and lost money than they ever expected.
Our experience has been great two months into our residence here. The amenities are useful, fun, and very well kept. The events that are thrown are fun and engaging. The staff is very communicative when anything is happening in the community. Nothing but good things thusfar.

I have been here for a year now and I LOVE IT! So quiet and well maintained. I can’t wait to renew my lease here and enjoy all the amenities more.
Overall, the community is very nice, the smell of dog urine has started to become noticeable in the hallways. I wish there were more community events, like food trucks, to bring people together.
Citron is a beautiful and brand new apartment. My experience here at Citron is very good. It is a quiet community except for the train next to the apartment. Fire alarm is very sensitive too. But other than that, it is a great community.

Amazing one-of-kind diamond in the “rough” place to live in luxury and new high-quality apartments. It’s a property that treats its residents like family and your neighbors are truly instant friends.
Average experience here. Gym equipment isn’t put away when people finish. Unnecessarily fast drivers in the parking structure. Nice place but a lot of ride inconsiderate people that diminish your experience living here
We love living at Citron! The apartments are gorgeous with brand new, stainless steel appliances and the amenities are incredible! Plus, the neighborhood is very quiet and not super busy or congested!

The pricing was affordable at the time, so I would recommend to keep checking back on the website because the prices do fluctuate. Move in was fine, but the office is difficult to get a hold of at times. However, they were very helpful. The community itself is nice and peaceful.
the manager, tammy is terrible at her job. does not care about the experience of new residents, the cleanliness of units, roaches, or anything else involving other individuals. today they came in, (i’ve always noted that they cannot enter without contact me / if one of us is not home )maybe to spray pesticides with my cat in the apartment in the small amount of time i left to run errands ? didn’t leave any information whatsoever. no call, no text, no email, no note, no flyer. or they just came in to open my cabinets and move my stove? either way i have been in here as well. i have asked about different forms of resolution and there is no effort to problem solve or help improve this awful and unhealthy experience
I’ve been living here for 1.5 years now and we still really like it. We haven’t had any issues in awhile. Amenities are clean and functional and no issues with the apartment.
Move in was smooth, only down side is upstairs neighbors are extremely inconsiderate about their down stair neighbors.. I understand that the floors are thin, but it seems as though they are jumping up and down to a point where things on our wall would fall down and the ceiling fan would sway.
We had a great experience moving into these apartments, Tim provided great services, answered all our questions patiently, we had a long list of questions and multiple gaps in our application when applying as we just moved in to the country but Tim was extremely helpful and always available to help, the apartment itself is great, clean, nicely done, intelligent layout, ample storage and yes it smells amazing. The only problem I face is there is no step free access to the garage, and that was not mentioned at viewing, so maybe something worth mentioning as step free access could be a very important factor for some
The whole experience had been wonderful, tim was extremely helpful through out the process, considering we just moved into the country, there were alot of questions, which Tim always answered patiently and was always available for any help we needed and went over amd beyond to make us feel welcomed into this community of citron, We love the apartment, it's spacious with generous amount of storage, which I didn't really find in alot of apartments, the only drawback I felt, there is no stepfree access from the parking lot to our apartment, rest it's perfect couldn't have asked for a better place to live
Citron has been a good place for me to live in, the apartment complex has always kept us updated when their was issues with anything and we also had an events happening to come together with our community.
Nice place to live. Great location, near Disney and the Packing House. Also, the apartment itself is built well. The appliances are nice and new.
I’ve had a mostly positive experience living here. The cleanliness of the complex is generally well-maintained, though there is occasionally a dog pee smell, which is expected in a pet-friendly environment. The main issue I’ve had is with package theft, which is frustrating. It’s happened on multiple occasions. Otherwise, the complex is quiet, well-kept, and overall a decent place to live.

I love everything about this complex and community. Very communicative staff & respectful community/neighbors. Citron also hosts events for tenants which is a great perk and the amenities are great also.
I love it here. It’s very clean, everyone is very respectful, and the apartment and it’s environment is extremely comfortable. I love that it’s tucked away in a little neighborhood making it very peaceful and I have not encountered any problems while living here. On top of that, the amenities are perfect, and never overcrowded in my experience of using them. Citron has put together a perfect community and I wholeheartedly recommend it here.
We’ve been here for 1 year and have renewed for another. We really enjoy how clean the facility is, how many nice amenities we have, the maintenance team and the leasing office staff. Everything has been great and we haven’t had any problems with our neighbors. We do sometimes hear our neighbors upstairs but it’s not too often
Overall great community. Only complaint is that there are some noisy neighbors and seems like there is ALOT of leniency with guidelines in the complex.
Amazing place to live and aside from being a new building and having the most modern amenities like a dog salon featuring basins to wash dogs in and blow dryers for your pets, the gym, pool and community work center and activities hall are all amazing but the apartments are beautiful and designed to impress and the staff are incredible to boot!
People are loud during quiet hours in the middle of the week. Overall community is nice but just a lot of inconsiderate tenants usually from the college kids renting in the community
Love my place (vibes, neighbors, etc.) there's NEVER hot water at night. Sometimes I'll have to come home late and I get excited to come home to a nice, hot shower....wrong. I've lived here for awhile now and this never changed.
LOVE living here so much. The property is beautiful and we have not had any issues in our unit. However, our neighbors often leave their garbage outside of their doors overnight causing the hallway to smell horrible and people at the pool can be really loud all day / past closing hours which is frustrating. Otherwise great experience and would recommend to anyone!
Tim has been such a huge help throughout the process from application to move in. We definitely are loving it so far The premise is very clean and the neighborhood is quiet and peacful
Everything about moving here was very simple and easy to do. With the updater app and also when I got in here to turn on my WiFi and get my utilities hooked was made everything hassle free
Overall decent apartment, the area is nice and close to gas stations, grocery stores, perfect distance from Disney. Hallways and amenities are always clean.
The facilities are nice, but residents let their dogs bark for hours. Car is always covered in dust/debris from next door recycling plant. Staff is great.

Poorly constructed building located adjacent to a garbage dump that is occupied by dozens of pit bulls. Live any where but here.
Overall, I have a positive impression of my experience with Citron. The team at Leasing Stuff is professional and courteous. My neighbors are generally quite pleasant. The apartment building is brand new, and the amenities are well-maintained. So far, I haven't had any negative experiences, which, in my opinion, is quite good. Everything has been very smooth.
Citron Apartments is a relatively new community. The people so far have been kind, but I think everyone is weary with one another since we're all new to the apartment complex. Moving in took a little bit of time, as the walk from the parking structure to my apartment took a bit of a walk, but it was doable. The amenities seems really clean and open to the community. Would love to see more events going on, so far have seen a Yoga class, but would like to see more.
The move-in process and responsiveness from the building was great; those who work in the leasing office are always kind, professional, and helpful. Maintenance requests are responded too within 24 hours and Hector is one of the kindest workers you'll meet!
Citron gives a great environment for a fresh start that allows you and your family to grow in all aspects of growth. I would strongly consider this community for all individuals looking for peace of mind and the ability to have quality time for growth.
Love the living environment, location, and amenities. Best property management and maintenance team around. We feel very fortunate to have found this apartment community. It feels like living at a vacation resort. Karina, Samantha, and Hector in property management and maintenance have really gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Highly recommend.
