The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at CitiView Terrace Apartments
I recently moved to Citieview Terrace Apartments this past February. I love the new renovations and large living space! I rent a 2bd/2b and both rooms are large with huge closets! The only issue I have with this complex would be the broken elevators (which are always down for repair)... Otherwise a great place to live! :-)
I hate moving so that's why I'm still here in my apartment. Been living here for 5 years. Building itself is nice. Has on site laundry on every floor. Heated pool is clean and hot tub as well. Manager Julie is awesome. Handles your issues promptly. There's only one machinate person on site and he seems to get the job done. Building itself can use some updating. Locks and gates are old. Some units are updates and some are not. Don't get the apartment facing the alley cause the trash truck comes at odd hours in the morning and that can wake you up from a nice sleep. Security patrol comes by at night to make sure there is no parties after 10pm. There are some theifs like packages being stolen from door and breakin to cars in the garages in the building but that's probably common among apartment living. Apartment building is next to a High School so in the morning, there are tons of traffic and mid afternoon as well when the kids get out of school. Building has a nice bbq area with two bbq and a outdoor patio setup. People that live here are young adults to family living. No issues with neighbors. Everyone is friendly. Neighborhood is safe to walk your dog or cat :).
After living in a cramped studio anything bigger was a dream to me. Not only did city view terrace fulfill my dreams it went far beyond my expectations. The resort like barbecue common area looking over the sparkling pool and bubbling jacuzzi is my favorite. The grounds are always well maintained and the employees are working around the clock to keep it that way. The location rocks its close to transportation, shopping, restaurants and more. At almost 800 sq ft. the spaciousness in my one bedroom is all I want and more. The pet friendly building also ensures that my puppy has the space he needs too!
I just moved to LA from NYC. A friend of mine already lived at this location and always had wonderful things to say. It's close to most major freeways and a bus line. The appartment itself has a gym and a great outdoor deck area for grilling. Being in such a prime location the rent is reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place.
