Living at Cirro is cool, the building is always clean and well maintained, the gym is decent and convenient and there are cool amenities such as the pool table, business center, spa-like pool area and complimentary coffee. The monthly events are also super cool, the main annoyance about living here is the mailing situation. Major mail distributors do not have access to the mail room so getting packages is a nightmare sometimes, the team has been working to improve that issue since the new management took over although. Overall it’s a pretty quiet, clean and enjoyable place to live!

Additionally, several months ago, we made a change to allow packages to be delivered directly to the building, not just through Fetch. Carriers like UPS, FedEx, and others now regularly deliver to the community and drop off packages daily. For very important deliveries such as documents, flowers, or high-value items, we accept them directly at the leasing office during business hours. I have been here for about 3 years. My only major complaint is the package system and having large packages that Fetch cannot deliver be refused and redirected elsewhere. Please can the building call FedEx, UPS and other carriers that they accept packages because this is getting ridiculous. I use Fetch for most things, but I recently had an issue with an expensive furniture purchase that FedEx refused to deliver or even attempt to deliver because the building "doesn't accept deliveries"

Visited the community some time ago and was in Awe! It was a last minute/unscheduled visit and Michelle took great care of me. I absolute LOVE the location and the apartments look great. Not to mention the spacious closets! She kindly toured my partner and I with our 3 boys! Truly a Champ. If you’re looking for a Home in Town center this is your best option.

Serious noise issue. Loud dryer sounds. I can't sleep at night For the past six months or more, we have been hearing terrible noises at night coming from the side of a neighboring apartment beyond the wall. It occurs literally EVERY NIGHT. It starts at approximately 9:30 or 10:00 p.m. These sounds are like the dryer is continuously running all night. It sounds like strong winds inside the pipes, knocks, and thunderous explosions that may be heard from a distance. There could be loose plumbing lines, a broken valve, or the effects of the HVAC system causing issues with the system's air pressure. Perhaps that sound is produced by resonating pipes. I am lost in my presumptions and have nothing more to say. This issue is important for both my child and me because my child's room is on the side of the apartment where the noises are most noticeable. I hope this can be fixed; otherwise, unfortunately, we will be forced to leave, this is the only reason, as everything else is pretty fine.

I had an issue with a buzzing sound that I was hearing at random moments. The office was responsive and the maintenance team did everything possible to fix the problem. Overall, very positive experience. There are a lot of places that just ignore the problems tenants are having.
My sincere advice is to choose another apartment complex in the King of Prussia Town Center if you are in the market for a luxury apartment experience. This building might be for you if you want the following features in a “luxury” apartment building. 1. The inability to receive packages at your place of residence (including mail order medications) without going through a third party delivery service whose reliability is very questionable based on consumer reviews (rated 1.01 out of 5 on BBB website). 2. Additional fees added to your monthly statement for services residents declined via signed petitions. Yes the lack of responsiveness of management to resident concerns motivated residents to sign and deliver a petition to voice their disapproval of management policies. 3. Poor communication from the staff on building maintenance, accounting system issues, and facility system’s tests. For example, the billing of our utility services was recently outsourced to a new vendor with no notice from the management company. 4. The building has poor security. Garage doors for vehicles and foot traffic have a habit of being broken or propped open for very long periods (days and weeks). There is poor control of non-resident entry at front door. 5. The carpets and walls throughout the building are very dirty and in many places they are damaged. (Not exactly my idea of a luxury building.) 6. Billing issues to which staff are unresponsive. (I was recently billed for two months of rent and fees, and have yet to hear from a staff member to resolve after emailing the office.) If you’re wondering why I just didn’t go to the office to resolve this issue, read (7) below. 7. The inability to walk into the office to address issues like the one described in (6). Residents now have to make an appointment to enter the office, which doesn’t work so well if you work between 10am-6pm. One could interpret high resident traffic in the office as a signal that something is unacceptable with the building management. 8. Amenities like the gym and common areas are promoted to potential residents but current residents know that the facilities are sometimes poorly maintained. 9. Poor control of proper trash disposal. It’s not uncommon to see residents leaving large bags of trash at the entrances from the garages, and building management hasn’t solved this issue. I can go on, but you get the point.
Don’t move here. Stay far away. Unless you enjoy overpaying for subpar service
Too soon to provide an accurate appraisal, but as stated, so far so good.

Cirro is a well managed community with great amenities. The leasing team is very helpful and responsive. Flat layouts are bigger than neighbouring communities at a better price point. Been here 1 month but so far so good.

We have water damage that occurred at the very beginning of August. Leaks were not addressed and we sustained additional damage during the next set of storms that rolled through the area. Plaster falling down. Still not repaired and it’s been almost two months. Management has taken no action even after multiple requests. Very concerning.

I leased my unit without physically seeing it and upon arrival (move in day) I was even more surprised at the condition/layout of the unit and the warm reception I received. Ronnie was very helpful, kind and even checked up on me when I was late. I'm enjoying my stay at Cirro and strongly recommend this apartment complex.

The new management has been a breath of fresh air. All of the issues we had, even the ones we didn't tell management about, have been handled. Kevin and the team has really done a 180 on this place, and we finally feel like our voices are being heard.

If you’re thinking about moving here DON’T. Hanover King of Prussia, now known as Cirro, is under new management (Greystar) and the switch has been horrible. Rent seemingly increased. The employees at the front desk are rude, incompetent and are essentially pointless because they do not help you if there is an issue. For example, I had a package marked as delivered to 625 S Goddard Blvd, this exact address. I went to the front desk to retrieve the item. The employees inside the office said “Your package is not here. Fed Ex at times marks items as delivered when it’s not. Call Fed Ex”. After calling Fed Ex and Fed Ex confirming the package was delivered to the correct address, the Manager at the front desk refused to thoroughly check for the package and instead pulled out a highlighted paper that stated “they are not responsible for packages” . Ultimately, this left me to search for the package on my own and of course the package was here! Moral of the story, if you’re looking for a helpful front desk staff I wouldn’t recommend living here. It’s unfortunate because prior to new management, I never had an issue/complaint.

I toured a few different buildings in King of Prussia, but Hanover was #1. I'm selling my home soon and I want to be in apartment due to the low maintenance cost. They are building a new building next door, so I know Hanover is a good company to go with. I was toured by Ian who was very knowledgeable of the area. The biggest selling point was the club house, where I know I'll be hosting a lot of family events. Hanover is at the top of my list!

Just leased over the weekend and I'm so happy with my decision. Brandon, and Destiny went above and beyond trying to help me select my apartment. It may not have the best view now, but construction isn't going to be forever. I'm huge on cooking so the kitchen space was a huge deal for me! I also love the color of my apt, dark but still bright (if that makes any sense). I can't wait to call Hanover next year. Thanks Ian ( we haven't met yet) for approving those 3 months free parking :)

Best apt I've ever lived in. Plenty of closet space and great view from my home. I'm so glad Brandon and Ian convinced me to move-in. Destiny & Sarah also really helped me out on move day too. Moving during the holidays is no fun, but you guys made it a little easier for me :)

Great service, gorgeous property, and awesome staff. The office team really cares about everything. When they notice a problem they actually try to fix it! Ian is always really responsive even when someone parks in my reserved spot after hours. Brandon actually got the car towed out of my spot at 2am!!!! Management cares about the people who live here, and that is why I live at Hanover.

Nice building! Cool area! Great office team! I'm one of the first residents to move-in last year. Had a great renewal process with Ian and the new rent price wasn't insane. My family just expanded so moving at this time isn't ideal. Thank god I didn't get a huge rent hike with a new baby and all. I would totally recommend anyone to Hanover

Love living here...My apartment is beautiful! I'm not a huge fan of all the ongoing construction in the area, but I know it won't be forever. The team is always very helpful and put on really cool events. I moved here for work so I don't know a lot of people around here. I've met a lot of neighbors by stopping down to the resident events. Thanks Ian and team for making this place feel like home. Also, thanks Brandon & Sarah for helping me choose my apartment :)

Been living at Hanover for over a year and I have nothing but good things to say about the building and the team. Hanover did a really good job picking the staff here in KOP. They actually care and not just collecting our rent money. Ian helped me out with my renewal process and it was a walk in the park. I even got a lower increase to renew early :)

From the beginning of my first tour to the completion of the move-in process, this place has exceeded expectations. Just moved in PA from California for a new job. I leased at Hanover because the apartment was the perfect size and the special was great. Brandon & Ian were huge help..I didn't feel like I was buying car with them unlike the other places I visited in KOP. I'm going to miss my place in LA but Hanover was a the best choice for my transition.

It's a beautiful, well-maintained property in a lively neighborhood, and staff are nice and prompt. HOWEVER, there is a serious problem. I have to deal with loud, disturbing NOISE from the celing every day. It is the sound of loosely connected wood panels make as people upstair take their normal steps (they don't even stomp). It is a kind of sound that you expect to hear from a 100 years old haunted house tour, not in a normal apartment living. I have lived & visited many apartments and never heard this level of disturbing, squeaky noise from anywhere else, and apartment can't do anything about it since it is construction-related issue. Unfortunately, I am not the only one who experience this, my neighbors downstairs visited me with the same complaint. It's ridiculous that the construction company did a poor job with flooring & padding, the residents have to deal with the consequence.
